Motown is the 100% best. They were very efficient in replacing my furnace and hot water heater. They were prompt and courteous in all their communications with me, both in person and over the phone. I cannot say enough good things about them. Every question I had was answered clearly and without hesitation. The city inspector wanted a Pan underneath my water heater, and they came right out and made the necessary adjustments to put the Pan in. There were also 2 minor gas leaks and both were safely and promptly corrected. I felt a safety and comfort in my home that I haven't felt in over 30 years. That was an unexpected plus. My furnace was really old. The efficiency of the new furnace is much better than the previous one.I haven't gotten my gas bill yet, but I'm sure it will be less cost to run with the new furnace. Ali was the main man in this great experience. Thank you Motown!
