She offers suggestions into refining current lifestyles and how to tweek nonbeneficial behaviours affecting your health. Elena is very easy to talk to. There is no judgement. You feel like you are talking with an old friend.

Elena is a miracle worker. I went to a dermatologist with a skin condition and was told to take 6 weeks' worth of antibiotics and to return because it might not clear it up. After 6 days, I had thrush from the antibiotics. I went to see Elena, and she cleared everything up within two weeks. Six months later, everything is still clear. She is amazing! Highly recommended. So happy to have found Elena. We had immediate results for my little girl and I now have a roadmap in terms of what foods are the better option and what to try and avoid. We have a very doable and affordable handful of supplements/herbs which I have had no problem giving my little one.. She has a gentle and logical approach and it works. We only needed 2 appointments and then we were on our way - helpful to know if you’re a mum trying to decide what direction to go in. Elena has a warm and inviting nature and is always happy to share her knowledge. I think she spent 20 minutes on the phone with me before I had even booked. That tells you a lot about the kind of practitioner and person she is. It’s not easy to find these days. Thank you for everything Elena!

Thank you Thank you Thank you. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon-fabulous venue - Healthy Cooking. So beneficial to me in many ways - oh and learning new healthy ways to cook, I learnt so much practically with knowledge to use in my own kitchen and we enjoyed the food when we got home. The risotto developed in flavour so quickly- yummy. The Brussel sprouts a favourite vegetable in our family - what a great, easy healthy recipe. The dip - so versatile. I personally always enjoy Tofu - what a lovely quick recipe, I snacked on some on my way home. The finale - the apple cake. I was worried as I am not a cake person, this has converted me. It will be used regularly as all the recipes today. So well explained - and achievable. Thank you again

Elena is the best in the business. I have been seeing her for over 3 months now and made so much progress. Before Elena I was suffering with excesma/dermatitis and gut issues. After seeing a couple of different naturopaths and having a bad experience I was quite nervous starting a natural path again. I was open with her about my past experience and how other treatment plans worsened my condition. Elena’s approach was gentle and helped allow me to gentle transition into a treatment plan while not flaring up my condition. After two years of issues, I am finally feeling some relief. My flare ups are fewer and do not last nearly as long. This is amazing for me as in the past my flares could last weeks/months and have no improvement. I am really happy with my progress and I am so glad to have found a naturopath who is knowledgeable, well thought out and provides tailored plans to suit me and my goals.

I have seen Elena 3 times now for my ongoing gut issues in the past few years. After 2 months of switching from antibiotics to a natural approach I have noticed great changes to my symptoms.
