Worst possible customer experience. I booked twice their service. In both the cases the beautician didn’t show up as per time. First day I ignored that, thought that maybe some issues were there. But in the next service I was waiting for more than 40 minutes and left the shop. Then they called me after 10 minutes and said that she forgot about the appointment. They discriminates among the people I assume. And the facial I received also caused some skin issues. Don’t go. Very funny. You reached to the shop within 5 minutes after I waited for 40 minutes and left. Would you receive a call after you are insulted such a way? And when I way waiting, no one even bothered to come to me and apologise for being late. I was left alone completely to wait 40 minutes. You don’t value people’s time.

I don’t discriminate!
That’s an accusation I suggest you to remove!
Confirming the appointments with you were very hard since your text messages goes to an email.
When we call or text to confirm non of the info goes through unless you are the one sending the message.
I’m sorry this happened. The second I knew you were at the shop I was there in 5 min but you ignored/or messages did not go through as before when we tried to confirm.
I suggest you fix you phone with clouded or your carrier.
I give respect and accept any human in my salon regardless to race ethnicity or color. You assumption is offending and a miss conception of my place character!
If you had issues with your facial why would you book another service?!

i want to highly recommend anout dana from motek spa i had to get a tattoo removal from my eyebrows she promised me that with two sessions everything will remove she was super honest and that’s exactly what happened. im Super happy with the results

Hair style If I could rate this salon ZERO stars I would. The service at this establishment was beyond horrible and unprofessional. I had my hair done by Albina and it was the ugliest and most expensive hair-do I've ever had. I left the salon very disappointed and had to go to another salon to get my hair redone. Their prices are not worth what they are able to do at this salon. If you want to feel beautiful , don't go to motek.

I’m extremely disappointed with this nail salon. I booked my appointment **TWO WEEKS** in advance, only to have it canceled on the day of the appointment because they were "overbooked." They didn’t even bother to apologize . Apparently the nail tech was booked back and back - AS IF I didn’t make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they confirmed that slot was opened . It's incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time. I had scheduled this appointment well ahead of time to avoid last-minute stress, and now I'm left scrambling to find another place in time for my trip . Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. They clearly can’t manage their bookings properly.

We did not cancel your appointment, since you changed your appointment to NEW FULL SET WITH EXTENTIONS the appointment is 40 min longer, we offered you to come in earlier, or same time Tomorrow.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
At this point we prefer you finding a different place for your service
