Best surprise ever! I’ve wanted to buy a grill from Mr. Moss for several years after learning about him and his business model, but never had an opportunity to get one. This year my siblings and I decided to surprise our dad with one. There were some delays, but Mr. Moss made it more than right by hand delivering to my dad and telling him all about the product. He and my brother cooked on it that day and he loves it!

A great grill!!! Mr. Moss was true to his word and got an amazing grill. There was a delay but I got updates any time I asked. I highly recommend this grill. I have had it a month and I’m smoking ribs and pork belly right now.

Terrible service. A month went by since I placed my order and other than the acknowledgement that the order was recevied, not one word. I asked for an update on the order and that if it wasn't shipped to please cancel and I get a one word reply: "Cancelled" Will not do business with them again.

Great experience I ordered some allspice wood and leaves. I failed to properly select to have it shipped. A quick text to Mr. Moss had the problem resolved promptly and efficiently with no fuss. The product was shipped promptly and arrived in great shape. I would do business with him again.

Brother Moss came from all the way California to St Louis and put my grill together for me well he had a barbecue but I tell you he not only puts together great barbecue grills but he has fantastic barbecue I tell you you have to give the brother his props I have a very good grill double barrel grill and I cooked with it on the 4th of July this past 4th of July I don't want to go on and on but if you can get that double barrel barbecue grill it's fantastic he told me I bought it and I am very satisfied and if you find out monster's cooking barbecue in your neck of the woods get there

Love My Grill Hey Mr. Moss...received my grill on the 19th of April...had to wait for my son to return from vacation! We got it assembled on the following Tuesday!! It is beautiful...now I had to wait until the weekend to try it out!! Cooked on it yesterday and it is amazing. It's a great investment for me and will be used to cooked plenty food at my yearly Juneteenth Celebration .
