I took this course years ago "In-Person". It's changed a little but maybe because I never took it on-line. There is a wealth of information to sift through, very well designed. The only issue is on the final you cannot go back and review what you got wrong; which should be a learning experience since it's a course and not sitting for the licensing exam yet.

Karen -Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and 5-star rating! We appreciate your kind words about our course design and content. We completely understand your frustration about not being able to review the final exam, as reviewing missed questions is an important part of learning. Unfortunately, regulatory requirements for many of our approved courses restrict us from allowing final exam reviews.

One of the things that sets Moseley apart from other schools is our comprehensive Exam Prep program, included FREE with our licensing packages! Students have access to thousands of practice opportunities, complete with correct answers, detailed explanations, and test-taking strategies—all designed to reinforce learning and build confidence before the licensing exam.

Thank you again for choosing Moseley and for sharing your experience!

Rachel was an exceptional instructor going above and beyond to ensure our understanding of the course information. I would choose Moseley time and time again. As someone who has taken a real estate course in another state with a different renowned school I can say Moseley exceeded my expectations.

My learning experience through Moseley was exceptional as someone who had little to no knowledge of Real Estate. Keisha Deering (my instructor) was highly professional and informative about everything I needed to know. I’d highly recommend her if you’re planning to do your pre-licensing with Moseley!

I just finished the VA 60 hour pre-license course with Keisha Deering as our instructor. WOW - Keisha is a phenomenal instructor who cares about her students' success. I did not expect this level of commitment! Her approachable, kind and patient mentorship made all the difference to our small group of participants. There were other students who needed extra tutoring, and Keisha made time for them with unwavering encouragement. You should also know that Moseley includes the VA and national test prep guide which is a nice bonus. Keisha's method to get us all the way through this part of the journey worked like a charm. I am so glad that I didn't sign up for in-person, all day sessions. That would have been too much. We all passed the 60 hour pre-license course on the first attempt. Thank you Keisha!
