I needed a fresh color, Gabi did an amazing job. It was the color i have been trying to replicate for years. My hair looks so good. And the salon is super cute, I love how they tie in with being in the milk district with some cow decor. The entire staff is friendly & the salon has a great vibe.

Before I get into this review just be aware that there are TWO locations for this franchise & they're 10 minutes away from each other! (I made this mistake and went to the wrong one first then the correct location for my hair appointment lol!)
This hair salon has a parking lot right next to the business which I like. When you walk in, you feel right at home with the receptionist greeting you & offering you some type of beverage such as water, soda, coffee, tea or wine! Not only do they do that, but they also have sweets at the front! At your appointment time you are greeted with your hairstylist at the front.
Moved to Orlando about a year ago and I still haven't found a hair salon that I truly trusted until I came here! I called a few weeks in advance to book an appointment for a blowout & the process was easy since I didn't have a specific person. I had a guy (I can't remember his name) but he was great! He was very friendly and did exactly what I asked of him!
For the price honestly I was shocked. It was not bad at all and not what I was used to because I have THICK hair & they charged me for a blowout around $45 which was VERY reasonable! I am very happy I found my hair salon and will definitely be back here!

I recently booked an appointment for a 30-minute Mini Signature Facial and, on the day of the appointment, I drove over so excitedly that I actually landed at the wrong (Ivanhoe) location. I was mortified, but the staff there were super nice -- they provided me the correct address, assured me everything would be fine as their Milk District locations as only about 10 minutes away, and they even called the staff at age Milk District locale to let them know I would be a bit let due to my having accidentally driven to the wrong place.
When I arrived at the correct location, literally 10 minutes later, the staff there was great -- they let know that I would still receive the full service and brought me over a sparkling water while the esthetician, Marissa, came over to get me. She took me to the back, where she performs the spa services.
Marissa was absolutely delightful, taking the time to explain her process while also listening to my skin needs/concerns. I was happily surprised to learn she uses Eminence Organics, which I didn't even realize when I made the appointment. Eminence is my all-time favorite skincare line, so this was a major plus! Anywho, she provided a wonderful facial experience , and I walked out of there feeling smooth and refreshed!
5 stars, 2 thumb up, 10/10 recommend!

I booked a blowout and was paired with Jordan S., and I'm so glad I was! From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt like I was getting my hair done by a friend, not just a stylist! Jordan took the time to listen to what I wanted and really understood my hair. I have fine, straight hair, and I've always struggled to curl it the way I want. But Jordan made sure to create tight curls that would fall perfectly, giving me that soft, natural wave for my event. The result was exactly what I envisioned.
I can't recommend Jordan enough--she's incredibly talented, and I'll definitely be back to see her again for my next blowout :)
Came in with hair that hasn’t been cut in 3-4 years and I asked for a very layered butterfly cut. Xander was extremely detailed oriented with my haircut! He took his time which calmed my nerves down since I’ve never had anything but a simple haircut done. The haircut turned out beautiful! His apprentice did wonderful as well going above and beyond with my blowout! Will see Xander again soon for maintenance!

My daughter had a Brazilian blowout done and the results were less than stellar. I gave feedback on the Mosaic web page but received no reply from them, so I posted a not very favorable 1 star review detailing what her hair looked like just after the first wash. ( waited the prescribed amount of time before washing and used the purchased products ) Mike V. responded to the negative review and offered to make it right. I called and scheduled an appointment with him and am pleased to report that her hair was done correctly this time and she is happy with the result. Thank you Mike for taking care of the problem.

That said we would like to offer a refund on the service as well as me personally offering another smoothing treatment that would help reduce frizz. my favorite salon in orlando!!! ever since i came here the first time i’ve never looked back, the stylists are extremely knowledgeable and skilled and the prices are very fair especially compared to other salons in the area. xan and emily always do an amazing job !!!!

Ive been going to this salon for roughly 5 years. The experiences are always great. Staff is always very warm and welcoming and the salon itself is beautiful. I worked with Selah for the first time today. She exceeded my expectations with both the color and cut. I got a mini highlight and shag cut, and I have not had professionally highlighted hair in a few years. She went above and beyond to make it look perfect. Highly recommend checking this place out. While you’re there, check out their mini shrimp and fish tank!!

Brianna and the staff are really amazing people, everyone is exceptionally friendly! What makes them stand out is their sincerity and down-to-earth mentality towards business. Creating a welcoming environment filled with talented individuals who actually care about their craft and helping others achieve really unique styles! Brianna helped me feel comfortable coming back into a salon after the pandemic, taking the time to figure out what style I want and how we can achieve that aesthetic while inspiring me to do something new. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Ryan worked a miracle, and I am so happy when I look in the mirror. My hair was in desperate need of some love. Ryan completely REVIVED it!! My roots were very grown out and I had blonde on the bottom half. Ryan was able to blend my hair so well you can’t even tell it was half and half two colors when I first came in. I am obsessed with my new hair, wish I would have came in sooner! Sometimes life flies by and you realize your hair has been long forgotten. Ryan to the rescue! Highly recommend Ryan for all your hair needs 🙌🏻

I adore this salon, the service is 10/10. They offer a wide range of services and every stylist there is incredibly talented. Gabriel is a master at his craft so if you get the opportunity to book with him take it! You will never be dissatisfied. (But please don't book him up too much, I still need him too.)
