I initially had a few issues accessing my report but I'm very happy with the service. Customer services were brilliant (Nicole) and really went out of their way to help me. I'm delighted with the outcome.
Use them for most of my functional lab needs. Platform is easy to navigate, support is quick and helpful, and I'm grateful they exist. The only thing I'd love to see is more support for other practitioners outside the conventional license model (or from other countries' practitioner models), like functional nutrition practitioners.
