My wife and I were first time buyers and had very little idea of how to navigate the sales/mortgage process. I was intro'd to Ian Rosenheck by duckworths estate agents back in January. Ian was fantastic from day one, sharing all the info on the process and paperwork gathering, to the point that when it came to submitting an application 6 months later, everything was a breeze. In that 6 months we were able to run things by Ian, and without hesitation he was straight back to us with what we were after. Would 100% recommend mortgages by McAteer. Thank you Ian.

Would recommend this company to anybody looking to purchase a property. I had ian rosenheck as my advisor and he was great from start to finish. This purchase was for my first home and he made the full processes so much easier and explained in detail which helps alot when you dont understand the terminology used. Everytime I had a question I could send him a message and he replied straight away, he even explained everything I needed to do to help me process the application quicker with solicitors ect. We have recently used Lee at Mortgages by McAteer to buy our first house. We went to Lee as we were struggling to find a mortgage lender elsewhere that was specific to our criteria. Lee managed to find us a lender in a short period of time and made the process much smoother and quicker. We recently used Lee at Mortgages by McAteer for our first re-mortgage and can’t recommend him highly enough! We went to Lee after being unhappy with the advice from the mortgage advisor who arranged our initial mortgage. That said, we were on a tight timescale, but despite this, Lee managed to find us a good deal and the whole process was so smooth and quick. He really listened to what we wanted from a mortgage deal and was even able to advise on other policies relevant to us. We were very happy with the service we received and will definitely be back when our current deal ends.
