Incredibly down to earth, she guided us through each stage of the house buying process, always clearly explaining our options and giving good advice where appropriate. She was always proactive at finding us optimal rates, and would regularly check for new offers so we always had the best mortgage offer we could. Even after we'd completed our house purchase she still offered great aftercare. Buying a house (especially your first one) is a lot, but Anna hugely improved our confidence in getting to the end, we can't recommend her enough.

Anna came to the rescue when the amount I could borrow dropped considerably after interest rates rocketed. I thought I wasn't going to be able to move. She was extremely friendly, approachable and professional. She made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel and I could still move.
