Long story short: the other five-star reviews are absolutely true. During my search, I spoke with three 5 star rated brokers and one credit union (as Reddit recommended). Out of all of them, Keith was the only one who took a full hour -just for a potential client- to patiently answer all my questions and walk me through the entire homebuying process. What stood out even more? He was also the only one who didn’t flood my inbox with weekly emails or pressure me to apply. XD A few months later, when I finally found the home I wanted, comparing rates wasn’t my top priority. As a first-time homebuyer, what mattered most to me was TRUST. I needed someone who would guide me through every step with honesty, and I just knew that person was Keith. Working with him was simply amazing.
