Mortgage Ready was referred to me by a reputable individual who spoke highly of their services. Based on that recommendation, I decided to move forward and was paired with a representative named Chelsea.
From the very beginning, my experience was disappointing. Chelsea did far more talking than listening, despite me clearly communicating a specific issue I needed addressed. While she assured me that she could resolve it, she also stated there was no definite timeline. Initially, I was told it could take around 45 days, but as time went on, that estimate extended to roughly 70 days and beyond.
Throughout this entire period—from February 16th to April 7th—there was very little communication, minimal progress, and the updates I did receive were often inaccurate. I specifically requested that they focus on one task, yet I saw no measurable results.
I also escalated my concerns to a supervisor, but that interaction was equally frustrating. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, the supervisor focused on justifying the lack of progress and made comments suggesting that the fee I paid could not “work miracles,” which I found both unhelpful and disrespectful.
Overall, the communication, service, and professionalism I experienced were far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mortgage Ready to anyone seeking credit counseling or consultation. I strongly encourage others to carefully consider alternative options before committing to their services

We had an excellent experience with Mortgage Ready. Credit these days is a very weird thing. We had some weird fragments of things showing up on our credit, things we didn't know about that should not have been there. Mortgage Ready was able to help clean all of that up. They were professional and efficient with excellent communication. I am glad we used them and we saw an increase in our credit score very quickly.

I needed help with my credit! my real estate agent and my financing company sent me the Mortgage Ready. Let me tell you I have looked at doing this for years getting help. You see that these places are scams. Well they give you a plan! the rest of the work is your responsibility. October 2025 paid for services. February 2026 Closed on my house. Let me tell you several thousand dollars in debit paid. Then not to mention the incorrectly reporting or items that should have been removed. So you can pay a debit that is it. That doesn't mean its removed. I had two item showing they should have fallen off my report. Guess what they didn't. Mortgage ready had them removed in just 45 days. I can tell you if you want your credit better spend the time and effort. They will help you get it done.
Mortgage Ready made the complicated world of credit so much easier to understand. Even though I knew I had a lot to learn, I didn’t realize just how much until I started working with them! They helped raise my credit score by more than 40 points on average across all three major bureaus. I’m so thankful for their help and will definitely be using them again. Highly, highly recommend!

In my opinion Scam! I was referred by a fake lender who has no clue what she's talking about. I was trying to get approved for a home and had a negative on my credit. I was told I would not be able to get a government loan because the negative on my report was government, so I went with this company. They charge you 149.00 a month and send out a copy and paste email monthly showing the accounts that negative was removed from. When I spoke to 2 different people on the phone, one tells me negative has been removed from transunion...lie then another tells me negative has been removed from equifax but not on the others...lie. My lender said the negatives were still on all three reports! The only thing they are worried about is getting that next payment...they will blow your phone up if it isn't received. I finally call a TRUSTED lender i previously worked with and she stated I was approved to get a home with the 120 day late payment on my credit! I'm now in the process of buying my 2nd house and yes the negative is still on my credit report. I told mortgage ready this and she says " yes when your credit score goes up you're more than likely to get approved " ummm so what the hell was i paying YOU people for if all i had to do is work on my credit and paying down bills, which i already knew to do! I wasted 8 months or more of my life and money dealing with these scammers! Do not use them or any other so called credit repair company! You can get a house on your own.
*Update: I knew they would reply with some basic i don't care comment* . You don't strive for excellence you scam people to pad your pockets. Anyone who reads this, do not I repeat do not use a credit repair company! Not this one or any others out there!

Scam. Credit dropped 100 points in the six months I was paying for this scam. No money back, ruined my chances of getting a house for at least two years. Worthless company, no transparency whatsoever. Do not hire these “people”.
Also was told that there would be a price decrease if I “signed up quick”, for $99 a month instead of $150. Absolutely not true, was charged full price for this garbage that was suggested to me by an actual lending agent. It’s no wonder our housing economy is in the tank with businesses like this.
We’re sorry that you didn’t have a good experience. Despite the deletions that we did earn, some new bad accounts popped on there and wiped out those gains. We share your frustration, of course there is nothing that can be done to ‘shield’ a credit report from new negative information. Nothing is more disappointing than seeing progress wiped out like that. We did pay your final payment, and we will be standing by waiting to help if you choose that route.
