Morrison is close by, I had hoped to feel welcome and comfortable. It was the 1st time learning about mini implants and financial information was crucial. But none was clearly offered. I got X-rays, to be cooperative, even though I asked if it was necessary, until I know my services would be with this office. Left with no clue about their services. Costs, insurance coordination are important. Most importantly, is confidence in professional services. I felt like a number and not a winning number.

I had my teeth cleaned today. The dental hygienist Laurie was so thorough. She explained everything to me that she was doing , and even demonstrated the proper way to floss and brush. You can still learn even at my age😊 She used numbing jel on my gums to eliminate pain. She is an excellent hygienist.There's no judging at all at Dr. Morrisons. They make you feel so comfortable, and make your visit as pleasant and painless as they can.

Very disappointed with the time management here. After checking in, I waited 30 minutes just to be called back. Once inside, I was left sitting alone multiple times for about 15 minutes each between X-rays and exams. I finally ran out of patience and left before the dentist could even review my pocket depth results. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's; I won't be coming back.
