12 nights (early Oct 2025) spent privately in Morocco with Esteban Sanchez, a seasoned photographer, is nothing short of unforgettable. It's too memorable that I'm actually short of words for this photo travel experience. Because I truly appreciate him as a wonderful human being, who is sensitive to client's needs in a genuine way. Right from the moment we met at the airport to the end. A promise is a promise. The good thing about him is he makes the initiative to walk the extra mile to make sure the clients are happy...i.e., clients being treated as friends. I must say I learned a lot from this photo tour. It's not a typical 'technical on the field teach-in type of photography class for geeks' nor is it a typical run of the mill mass market tourism. That is why a small group private tour is so important in a country like Morocco, especially for photographers. Apart from the obvious trade secret of the off-the-beaten path locations that he knows, I'd say the positive attributes he brings include being attentive, funny, jovial, and a positive thinker. While his guiding skill doesn't necessarily suit everyone...for me, when a photographer meets a person like him, magic happens. He opens my eyes to so many ideas I never thought possible. I have made a video to document my photography experience. Thank You, Esteban.

Esteban is perceptive, passionate about photography and Morocco, and is unusually able to grasp the nature of who he's dealing with, whether it's a passing stranger of any nationality, a local shopkeeper, or an exacting client ( as I was ). He took me on a fabulous trip up to the High Atlas, introducing me to not just standard views and photo opportunities. His enthusiasm for photography and friendly, inquisitive personality make him a memorable guide and teacher. He was also patient and informative technically, and definitely helped me improve my own photography skills. My tour with Esteban remains one of the best experiences I've had in the last few years.
