Only thing was the screws that came with the plate and gasket didn't fit for me so I had to reuse the old screws.
CEL is on, gotta get a tune. Will re-order from your team again. Also, I will research if the screws need a specific torque or if the hand tight is good enough. Thank you very much for what you do for the E46 Bimmers.

Hey Andrew, glad we could help out. The studs just need threaded in until they bottom out, the nuts are torqued to 89in-lbs, but snug with a 1/4" ratchet is enough.

Ordered a Spec E46 oil pan with baffle, and asked MSW to add a Timesert for the oil drain. It was well-packaged, and the communication about the progress of the order was excellent. Would recommend, and will use them again.
