We'd lost our dream property by $20K in December 2025 and were unhappy with the selling agent tricks, so chose to look at Buyers Agents. After finding Moove and the good reviews online, we completing a comprehensive questionnaire about what we wanted (and just as important, what we didn't) and we were connected to Omar. We met him over Zoom to go through our responses and truly understand our vision. After paying the deposit, we had access to our own Portal where properties were sourced by their systems and either could be rejected or accepted by us or Omar. Those that we accepted, we went to the open homes and then could give our feedback. It only took a couple of weeks to find a suitable property and with Omar handing the negotiation (knowing our price point), we have secured a property where we can do some renovations over time to add value all within our original budget. Definitely took out most of the struggle we had with negotiating with agents. Price is what you pay, value is what you get from Moove.

Would highly recommend. I had Lyn as my buyers agent, and I can say that it was overall positive, considering I had not engaged one before. Lyn was patient, encouraging, client centred, devised a brief that listened to what I was looking for, was highly responsive, had a wealth of experience of the industry, and importantly she delivered on her services promise, on what was a rather tight budget. Saved a lot of time also which is a bonus.

After months of hunting for a property in Sydney's inner west I was starting to give up hope of ever finding something I could afford on my own. Endless scrolling on property websites and rounds and rounds of Saturday and weeknight inspections had me feeling exhausted and defeated. I realised I was too time poor and lacking in the right negotiation skills to secure something on my own so turned to Moove for help. Within two weeks Nicole helped me find a home. I can't say how grateful I am to Nicole for her efforts. Where her value really came in was the negotiation piece. Years in the real estate business paid off - she was able to speak their language and see where the opportunity lay, which resulted in making a successful offer before the property went to auction. I was undeniably opposed to ‘having to use a buyer’s agent’. I am from the Sunshine Coast and have seen everyone purchase their homes for reasonable prices without having to pay someone to get a house for them, for a horrific price. Then all of a sudden it’s my turn and the market explodes and now there’s another thing to pay for in addition to crazy house prices. The thought of using one went against every part of me.

I don't normally post reviews, however given my recent experience with MOOVE and in particular my buyers agent (Nicole Bailey) it would be wrong not to.
Looking for an investment property in regional NSW was proving frustrating - I didn't have the agility to jump on opportunities quickly & was missing out, nor did I have the the industry insights to secure the best engagement with local realestate agents.
