We had the most wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving at Moose Hollow Lodge. Such a beautiful house and location!! From start to finish, Eddie , the host did a fantastic job of communicating. He went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, including having more flatware delivered in case we needed some for our thanksgiving meal. Our family of 15, including 3 young children had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all this property has to offer . We appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was especially as we were preparing our Thanksgiving meal. The ice maker was a great addition you don’t normally find in a rental property. There was plenty of room at the table for all of us to sit. The living areas were spacious and had lovely views. The wrap around porch was also great. I can only imagine what it would be like here in the peak of Fall, Spring or after a snowfall. The property is definitely kid friendly. The provision of high chairs and pack and play beds was such a help. The game room and theatre was in constant use! The hot tub was also a popular place. This rental even has a separate house with a heated pool and a chapel as well! What else could anyone want? The bedrooms are well apportioned with comfortable mattresses and beautiful views as well. Eight of the bedrooms have their own dedicated bathroom. This would be a great house and location for family reunions, retreats and weddings as well. Needless to say, we can highly recommend this rental!!!

As a wedding Photographer in the area, I have the oppertunity to work weddings at cabins very often so PLEAAASE hear my sincerity when I share that this is one of the absolute BEST wedding locations, ever. I adored my time photographing my wedding clients this past year and am obsessed with the space & very unlimited variety of different types of photos able to be created in a space like this!! I would LOOVE to get to photograph another wedding here!!

We recently stayed at Moose Hollow Lodge for our wedding weekend, and overall it was a beautiful and memorable place to host such a special event! The location is stunning - scenic mountain views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a great sense of privacy. The lodge itself is very spacious and comfortably fit our group. There were many amenities we loved and used often: the pool was a huge hit, the movie theater room became a nightly favorite, and the pool table and air hockey added plenty of fun. The property has a lot of charm and is well-suited for large gatherings. The provided string lights over the top of the driveway was a great addition - we set up tables outside for the wedding dinner there and just had everyone eat outside under the string lights and it was plenty enough light in the early evening. That said, there were a few inconveniences that affected our stay. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut on its own due to worn-out seals, which made it hard to maintain a safe temperature inside - a few food items even spoiled as a result. Some shelves were also missing inside the fridge, which made organizing food difficult. We did share these issues with the owner, but no reimbursement or compensation was offered. The arcade games were another slight disappointment - only the Pac-Man machine worked consistently, while the others were out of order despite being advertised as available. The parking situation was also tricky for a group of our size, requiring frequent reshuffling of cars to make everything fit. Something we didn’t realize until arrival was that there’s no standalone bathroom on the main floor near the kitchen. Guests not staying at the lodge, had to use bathrooms inside occupied bedrooms, which was inconvenient and a bit uncomfortable once belongings were unpacked. Additionally, one of the basement bedrooms didn’t have a proper door, only a curtain, which made privacy a concern for the guests staying there. While the property felt private overall, there were nearby neighbors who began playing loud music on the day of our wedding ceremony. Fortunately, when we spoke with them, they were very understanding and turned it down right away. Even with these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay! The setting is beautiful, many amenities were fantastic, and we made wonderful memories here. With a few maintenance updates and improvements to guest comfort, this could easily be a five-star experience.

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. My daughter held her wedding there. The view was stunning. We had approx 40 guests. There was plenty of room/privacy for everyone. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the amazing game room! They watched anything they wanted in the movie theater, while the adults enjoyed the numerous hot tubs at night. The indoor pool was an absolute hit! Every thing was perfect. The host was more than gracious with anything we needed or wanted. Highly recommend!

Appreciated the quick responses if we had questions. Overall we were very happy everything. Not much yard space for kids to play outside, but we were up in the hills so that is understandable. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tubs were well maintained. One of the small highlights to the equipped kitchen was the small R/O ice and water dispenser. Saved so much waste on water bottles. Cooling system worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Would go back in the future. Less than 10 minutes from a Kroger. Quick trip to Pigeon Forge, but a little more of a track to the National park. We knew that going in.

We had a fantastic time. This is a very large site with tons of features (pool, game room, conf room, theater, karaoke machine, lots of parking…). We had over 40 people here for our family reunion and could easily have had more. The owners had an extremely strong support team with immediate direct line phone communication, solving every question/pfoblem we faced, on the spot. No waiting or delays. Their support was amazing. The rooms are very large; the view from the large deck is fantastic; the common areas are spacious for commingling. Our whole family had a fantastic time. Relaxed fun, structured and unstructured. Just pure fun. We have our family reunion every three years. Plenty of requests from our family to just keep coming back here everytime!

I organize a large golf trip with 32 golfers every year, so it is incredibly difficult to find a place where we can house everyone comfortably that isn’t just a hotel. I was so excited to find Moose Hollow Lodge and this place did NOT disappoint! The accommodations are just as described, Eddie is very responsive & helpful, and the place is just beautiful! I am looking forward to booking this place again!

I stayed here the first week of May and it was so much rejuvenating & fun! The air was fresh and everything smelled like honeysuckles. I never ran out of things to do between karaoke, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing my favorite 80’s games (Mappy & pac-man) on the arcade setup!! I also learned how to play pool. Love this place!

Our family stayed here for a week and had so much fun! Even when we weren't out on the town, there was so much to do here. From the arcade games and movie theater to the pool and two hot tubs. Morning coffee on the massive balcony had amazing views of the mountains and wildlife. We came with about 30 people and everyone was comfortable without feeling on top of each other. The host was super accommodating as well. The full kitchen came in handy as well when we didn't want to eat out for every meal. We'll definitely be back again!

This was the best week. Our rooms were a great size and comfortable. Lots of dishes for all of us to eat. The hot tub was so good after a long day of walking around the town and enjoying all the fun just down the road. I can’t wait to go back. I have fallen in love!

Hi friends, we completed a self inspection and made many enhancements to the lodge such as 50" TVs in the each bedroom, 1.2G wifi service throughout the campus, and a beautiful new stone wall at the entry way. Cleaners did great a great job as usual, I can't wait to go back and enjoy the town.
