Trevor was amazing! He was professional, fast, reliable, and the quality of his work is top tier. He went above & beyond to make sure that I understood the needed repairs, and the options to fix them. He explained the pros/cons of each option to help me make an educated decision. He even took the time to show me where the water shut off valve was outside of my mobile home, and show me how to use it properly if ever needed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and I look forward to working with Trevor & Moore plumbing & drains for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a line break under my kitchen sink over the holiday weekend. I reached out to several plumbing companies to schedule a repair. Moore Plumbing was the only one to contact me back and was able to schedule someone on their team to arrive within an hour. Jordan called when he was 15 minutes out and assessed the problem quickly, and told me what to expect as far as time to repair it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly. I am very happy with Jordan and Moore plumbing.

Jordan from Moore plumbing literally saved the day. Thanksgiving night our water heater went out and flooded garage. I was so worried and frantic. Jordan was so friendly and knowledgable he literally helped get us hot water within an hour and had a plan to correct the situation. My roommate and I are senior citizens who had no heat thanks to a $395 and SDG&E and Moore's Plumbing. My roommate is recovering from having a stroke in July. In November, I had a rep from SDG&E come to the house because I smelled gas whenever I used the clothes dryer. The rep looked under the mobile home and behind my dryer and used a device with blinking lights to show me that the leak was coming from the pipe behind the dryer. He told me that the leak was only there and that I'd have to hire a plumber to fix it. He emphasized that he was showing me where the device went off and not to allow a plumber to tell me that the leak was somewhere else because this spot was the only place where there was a leak. He said he'd locked me out of my gas usage, and he'd turn it on once a plumber had fixed it. He gave me a pink slip and left. I hired Moore to fix it. The plumber did detect the leak behind the dryer and said there was nothing under the home that suggested there was a leak. He said that SDG&E had not in fact locked up the gas and that it was working. He only had to move something over to check out the pipes. He went to the store, got a pipe, and installed it behind the dryer. The smell of gas was gone. Seven pointed out that the guy from SDG&E had mistakenly marked "Housepiping" on the pink slip instead of "dryer" and that I should call a plumber and not SDG&E no matter what. I do believe that SDG&E is evil. I had a run-in with them years ago. Stephen assured me that everything was turned back on and that the gas would work. Later, the gas stove would not work. SDG&E said that their meter showed that the housepipe had not been fixed and they wouldn't come out. I was convinced the problem had been fixed because I no longer smelled gas. I called Moore and Steven came out and lit the pilot light. In mid-November, I went to turn on the gas heater, and it didn't come on. I called Moore's and was told that I had to pay another $189 besides the $395 I'd already paid for someone to come back out. I expected to be made whole when I had the work done. I didn't pay to get further screwed up. I hung up and called a friend who has rental properties. He instantly knew that they hadn't lit the pilot light on my heater. He came out and turned a knob. The heat came on. This was what I would have paid $189 for if I had not known him. In my opinion, the employees at Moore Plumbing are incompetent and I would not hire them again.

They are fast proficient and their prices are lower than these big sticker companies that are only out to Rip you off.
