This biryani is cooked with the firm long grain used in Karachi, so it gives a clean taste in every bite.

I tried their Bala Bhai Hyderabadi Biryani and it was super flavourful rich aroma, tender meat, and that perfect spice balance you expect from true Hyderabadi style. For a home-cooked delivery spot, they impressed me big time. I genuinely loved their biryani and highly recommend everyone to try it if you want authentic flavour. Definitely worth it! P.S. the food was so tempting, that I could take a picture to post it 😅😅

Great homely food ! :) Having been in Eindhoven for a long time, I missed authentic South Indian food from Arnhem region. And glad to have finally found one! I had ordered spice coast chicken box which had Thalassery biryani (chicken) , chicken varattu, chammanthi, payasam and raitha. Food hit me at the right spot back at Kerala. An economical offering with enough to enjoy for two servings for one person. Will for sure order in future as well :) Thank you Bala.

We had ordered a vegetable biryani and a Kolkata style chicken biryani. The latter was really flavourful and the chicken was tender as well. The vegetable chop/cutlet was also to our liking. The roshogollas were also soft though I prefer mine to be a bit more on the sweeter side but we were really impressed 👌

We enjoyed it a lot during our weekend while watching Family Man 😊.we believe potato is the heart of authentic Kolkata Biriyani,and it was perfectly done. I recently tried Kolkata Biryani from Mooral and it turned out to be the best one I've had so far in the Netherlands. Being so far away from home, I didn't expect to find something that could truly capture the authentic Kolkata flavour - but this one did. The aroma was instantly nostalgic, the spices were subtle yet rich, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the classic potato completed the experience just the way it should. It even had a boiled egg. Every bite reminded me of home, and it genuinely met my expectations in a faraway land. Highly recommend!

Service with a smile and direct from the hart’ We asked Mooral Indian Food to Cater for our party at home. In the making of the menu Moorals really helped me out. They did very good suggestions and really thought of a way to help me understand the difference between the delicious tastes in the meals they cook. We invited around 40 people. The food was plenty! The taste was very good, spice level exactly the way we discussed and absolutely not oily. And most important; they delivered clean and warm. At home they were helpful in setting the catering up in their own shaving dishes. We and our guests enjoyed!
