We honestly can’t recommend Montgomery Financial enough. As first-time buyers we were completely new to everything, but they made the whole process simple and took all the stress out of it. They always had our best interests in mind, explained things clearly, and were quick to get back to us whenever we had a question, which really put us at ease. The online portal was brilliant – we filled it out once and that was pretty much it. No chasing for extra documents or endless back-and-forth, which saved a lot of hassle. It felt like they were taking care of everything behind the scenes while keeping us updated along the way. What stood out most was how much they cared. Charles, Amanda and the rest of the team are genuine, approachable people and so easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with every step. When it’s time to remortgage, we’ll be going back to Montgomery Financial without question because we know we’ll be in safe hands. Highly recommend – thank you to the whole team.
