Highly recommended. Very professional and caring staff. We took the 30 hour package and we found it to be the best value. The company worked closely with us to make sure everyday was perfect and that services were delivered to our satisfaction. The only bad thing is that we had to leave Pompam, our nanny, behind. She showed so much care for the baby and for us that we felt she was part of the family. Thank you all for helping make of our trip a very comfortable experience.
We recently booked through Monsawan for a nanny to look after our 23 month old daughter for a total of 4 days during our holiday to Khao Lak. We were a little nervous as we had booked full day diving and snorkelling tours unsuitable to bring our daughter along. Nuna is a lovely person, she was a great nanny to Siyana, she engaged with our daughter, took her swimming , did her meals with her and played with her. We were happy that Nuna followed our instructions. Thank you very much 🙏🏽
We had the pleasure of a week with nanny Ram and nanny Aum. They were extremely professional and made every effort to make our stay in Phuket as peaceful as possible. Our kids warmed to them both immediately and they became part of our family for a week. Aum was amazing with the kids at the water park and allowing our son to swim in the hotel pool under her supervision. Both Ram and Aum were great with our additional medical requirements. We would highly recommend and would definitely book them again.
We organised Elle to look after our 6 month old for 5 evenings while we stayed in Kata Beach. Elle was amazing, always right on time and took on instructions about our baby well, understood and gave us regular updates. She was so easy and loved looking after our baby, we felt at ease every time we left him with her. Definitely would come back and get Elle to baby sit for us while we go and explore / dinners etc, thank you so much Elle!!
We had Pam (Pompam) with us during our three week stay and couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning, she was so calm, kind, reliable and flexible on timings. She was trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving her alone with our 8 month old.
She speaks great English, so communication was super easy. I only had to explain things once and she got everything right. She was also really proactive and used loads of common sense, which I personally really value. When we were out, she would send little updates on WhatsApp, which was lovely.
Our son loved her and was always happy and settled with her.
We were also really happy with Monsawan as an agency. They got back to me within a couple of hours after I first reached out, everything was organised via WhatsApp, and they were really accommodating when we had flight delays. Payment was straightforward via bank transfer and overall everything was easy and well managed.
Would 100% book Pam again.

Used this service twice once in Bangkok and Koh Samui each for several days varying hours. Both nannies were excellent! Wish we could bring them back to US with us 😄
Pam is a wonderful Nanny. She took care of both my kids while we were on a holiday in Thailand. She's kind, understanding and gentle with the kids and very accommodative and informative that made it very easy for us as a family.
