Not picking up garbage left at site Very happy with the fence, took three more days to finish than promised, when they arrived, they unloaded their van of materials from a previous job so they could go get me material. Was told they would be back to pick up material dumped out of truck. Somebody has shown, it’s been a month, I have called, texted, promise made they would be out next day never show! Continuous calling just get run around, they will let manager know! No responses. Sad I was happy with the work, but very dissatisfied with the follow through and promises. I will update if they ever make this right! More calls tomorrow but very hard to get through to anyone,,,, at this point I would not recommend this company… hey monkey fence call me let’s get this settled this week!!!!!!!

Did a nice job of replacing our old wood fence. The quote included staining. We would guess that about 50% of the fence actually received any stain. My calls and emails to Monkey Fence have not been returned. Just wanted to discuss options but nothing but "crickets".

WARNING!!!! A false lien placed on my home because of this company. Work was paid in full. The work was completed in January, the lien is still on my house today (8/12.) They are unresponsive and difficult to work with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update: Strange you can't find this case. I suggest you speak with Valentin or David Vaz

They were prompt and professional and built us a high quality beautiful fence. Mokey fence knew this was time sensitive yet they didnt price gouge us. Their pricing was still below their competitors. We hired this company for a small 5‑ft privacy fence based on a referral. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, the installation date was moved twice, including a same‑day reschedule request. The contract does not include installation dates, so the company’s scheduling was inconsistent and unpredictable. On the installation day, we waited until 3 PM with no update or ETA. I formally terminated the contract in writing per the terms of the agreement, which allow a refund of the deposit minus documented material costs. I requested receipts for any materials purchased specifically for my project. Instead of providing receipts, the company told me they “could not” share proof of materials purchased. They also attempted to send a crew to my home after termination, even after I clearly stated they did not have permission to access the property. After termination, the company sent a second invoice with a different amount but still did not provide receipts or documentation of job‑specific materials, despite multiple written requests. Throughout this process, I remained polite and communicative; the project manager was courteous, but the company never provided the required documentation. I have only received repeated attempts to reschedule and multiple automated requests for a Google review. No work was performed, and no receipts have been provided.

This company rescheduled our appt twice with next to zero notice. Appt was at scheduled to start at 8am and they cancelled at 7:30am. We took two days off for this and still haven’t been scheduled . We have requested a refund from them after the second cancel and they have not made any attempts to help with this. “Katherine” the customer service rep will not pair you with a manager or owner to get this resolved. We would greatly like a refund so we can proceed with another option. I wouldn’t recommend this company! No communication once you pay.

Jeremy and associate came today gave us there quote. My husband has ALs and they worked with us on a fair price. Would love to give another review when the job is done in a few days. Very friendly and professional. Going to install a fence around whole back yard .25 acre. This company is fabulous they installed our fence in 3 days as it was quite a bunch of work they did. I had a huge tree that they created a perfect conversation piece. These men work from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm in the rain and huge thunderstorm and hot heat. If you need a fence call monkey fence. .professional friendly hard workers. If I could give them a 10 star review they have it.

Professional team and great service Daniel and the entire installation team were incredibly professional, and the fence they installed looks great while being completely secure for our dogs. Several neighbors have already praised its appearance! After noticing a small area where our dogs could get out, the company quickly sent someone to address it. Their prompt response and attention to detail really impressed us.
