Everyone I have come into contact with here has been so easy to work with. Today, Breezy was great to deal with :) Thank you guys for helping in a tough time!
It is so unfortunate I have to take back a good review. They double took a payment, they are saying I must have refreshed or hit the submit button more than once (which I didn't I have done the payment the same way every time for the last 2 years almost), and now they are telling me 1-2 days to process it, and it would be on my bank's end. The one other time this happened it was IMMEDIATELY refunded and in my bank in less than 30 seconds from being processed. Their suggestion was to refinance, which in my opinion was OUTRAGEOUS to even suggest. If I don't have it back today I will likely be charged a fee for being late on my rent and no one there seemed to really have a care. I won't be getting another loan through them or suggesting them to anyone at this point. Honestly a company who really had shown no compassion or sympathy in a situation their website created isn't one I want to do business with.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Lizz and to Breezy at Mr Money. Lizz for the time you spend helping when the online verification did not work. She reached out personally via text and we figured it out. And Breezy for being so sweet talking on the phone and finalizing everything, very comfortable and fun conversation. These are not easy for anyone but when the staff is caring it helps bunches! Btw I will call them Lizzy and Breezy now great team ♥️ thanks Lady's!
