So grateful to have found Monarch Roofing. I am a “high maintenance” client. We have health issues from mold. Mike and the whole team were amazingly patient with me during this whole process! From inspecting each piece of plywood to making sure nothing was overlooked as far as any signs of mold or water damage. They replaced my roof and underlayment as well as fascia and soffit. I have consulted with them on other building related questions and are always willing and available to offer solid advice and suggestions. (Especially when I’m in “crisis” mode 😆)

From the very start, Mike was honest and professional. He took the time to actually get up on the roof and inspect everything himself, not just rely on a drone like other companies do. That level of care and attention really stood out to us. Melanie was also wonderful to work with — understanding, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating of our situation. From beginning to end, we were treated with respect and felt confident that we were in good hands. When it came time for the job, Bryce and his crew were fantastic — they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so thoroughly you’d never know they were even here. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Monarch Roofing for anyone needing roofing work done right.

I rarely write reviews, but when I do, it’s because the experience was truly noteworthy. After meeting with several sales representatives from other companies—many of whom tried to pressure me into believing I needed an immediate roof replacement—I was relieved to meet Mike, the owner of Monarch Roofing. His approach was the exact opposite. Mike was refreshingly transparent and honest about the condition of my roof. He clearly explained what was still in good shape and where potential concerns might arise. He even went above and beyond by repairing the flashing on my chimney during the estimate. When I offered to compensate him for his time and consultation, he kindly declined. On top of that, his pricing was excellent. Mike’s professionalism, integrity, and fair approach truly set him apart.

Monarch was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Friendly, quick, and a great job. Kept me informed of the progress through the day. Cleaned up all debris and thoroughly searched for any nails left that didn't get picked up in the first clean up.

Mike came to my house to discuss the roof on my barn. He provided a very fair quote within a day. The entire process was extraordinarily professional and thorough. The crew arrived when the were expected and did a great job. Bryce, the project manager was outstanding and oversaw the project from start to finish. I think my yard and driveway were cleaner when they left then when they started. I highly recommend this team. Thanks to all involved!

We had to repair our roof and chimney due to the wether damage, and we had different companies come to assess and give us a quote. We chose Monarch Roofing because the moment we met Mike and his son we knew we will go with them. We felt so comfortable and at ease talking to Mike, he explained everything to us without being pushy and pressuring us to choose him like other companies. Mike even helped us find someone to rebuild our chimney, and he did awsome job with our roof. We are very happy and grateful to have found this company, because they are honest and not trying to rip you off like others. I would recommend Monarch Roofing to everyone, and I will to everyone I know. Thank you Mike so so much.

A top notch company for roof repair or replacement. Customer service from estimate to job completion is a 5+. Delivered what they said on time and on budget. Stated they'd start at 7:00am and finish by 7:00pm. they actually finished by 6:58pm with completed roof and returning the site the way they found it. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for your future roofing needs.

Mike was very responsive, Melanie helped me with the roof color, Bryce was amazing, also very responsive and super helpful during the entire process. I was so impressed with all the guys.
