They were easy to work with and very responsive—communication was excellent throughout the project. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site neat and safe, and the cleanup at the end was thorough. The pricing was also very competitive, and they were transparent about what was included.
I especially appreciated how organized and detail-focused the crew was. They followed solid installation practices (including starter/edge prep and a high-fastener pattern), and they documented the job with photos so I could clearly see what was happening—especially where a few sections of plywood needed replacement. David, John, and their team at Monarch Roofing were an absolute breeze to work with. David came out quickly to do an inspection for me and he and John walked me through the entire process for my roof repair & replacement. They beat other quotes I recieved and they were extremely clean with their work. I found no garbage, debris or nails after they completed their work. They completed a 23 square roof along with multiple sheets of ply replacement in less than 5 hours and provided me with a full documented file with photos of all work completed start to finish. I can't recommend the Monarch Roofing team enough. You won't regret supporting this local business.

I was very impressed with John and the way he handled my claim. I had roof damage and the insurance adjuster was a real PITA. John was very calm, very professional, and handled the whole situation which took a lot of stress off of me. He made everything much easier to deal with. He he got both the exterior and the interior finished in a good amount of time and it's quality work. I would definitely recommend him and Monarch. I would be willing to verbally recommend him via phone or text to future clients wanting verification of his work.
