i only had drinks which were fresh & full of flavour, i had a shot of whisky & the owner warmed the glass to enhance the flavours & aroma which indeed was what i needed as i had was starting to have a sore throat.
The ambiance was lively & cosy & island music on the list which made the place look even more vibrant. i am waiting to see the place in summer when the rooftop will be opened & the alfresco lunch/dinner/sundowner will be something to experience
Thx you for your warm welcome & hospitality
Looking forward to trying the menu soon
Poor consistency, I like the Rasta pasta here but it has never been the same since it opened. I have ordered it today the chicken is extremely chewy they just threw in chicken they had previously cooked and the pasta was not creamy it was a very half assed attempt and was bottom pan left overs

Visited for the first time tonight In a group of 3 people. So impressed by this little gem of a place..quick service, hot food in really large portions and all of it tasted absolutely amazing. Probably the best curried goat and festival dumplings i have ever eaten. Really friendly staff too, I can’t wait to go back again, 5 stars ⭐️

I ordered the jerk half chicken, with rice and peas & dumplings. Food was amazing, the flavour of the chicken was unbelievable and so easy to eat. Rice and peas were amazing too. Order came within 20 mins and was hot and ready to eat. Will 100% be ordering or dining in again. Highly recommend.

A much needed and very welcome bar and restaurant sitiatec in the middle of Crawley offering an authentic flavour of the Caribbean in a spotlessly clean, stylishly outfitted venue playing tunes that evoke island holiday vibes.
Mon Ami is staffed by friendly, welcoming professionals - notably manager Aash who mixes and advises on the most delicious cocktails (we happily took advantage of the special offer on these) and heads a warmly welcoming team.
We were served our freshly cooked, piping hot and very tasty jerk chicken and Escovitch fish dishes (served with rice and beans plus a lush slaw accompanied by the best Festivals I've eaten outside the Caribbean and some very moreish plantain) by the delightful Ari who was attentive but not intrusive.
Aash responded informatively and positively to our queries about lunch orders delivered at no extra cost to local work places when a few staff order simultaneously.
I'll definitely be returning soon and am so pleased Crawley finally has a decent bar and restaurant I want to spend my time and money (very good value, inexpensive) in!
