I always had a good experience every time I would go & get called by the same dental hygienist, but this time my experience was horrible & ridiculous!

We just moved to North Carolina a few weeks ago, and are unfamiliar with ANYTHING… compared to New Jersey where we lived for the last 37 years. My wife realized she had an issue with a tooth and began the search for a dentist. Looking for someone to replace our longtime dentist (turned into friend over time) seemed daunting. After finding a number of dentists in the area, we chose Dr. Monahan, and scheduled an appointment with a ‘let’s wait and see’ attitude. Wow… we were very pleasantly SURPRISED! Dr. Monahan is pretty much a clone of the dentist we left behind in NJ… and that’s a VERY GOOD THING! He is an experienced professional who knows his business and not only listens to his patients, but takes care to understand us as well. He has very positively impressed us, and we believe we have found our ‘forever’ dentist so close to our home.

Once again, my experience was superb. This time I was there for a cleaning and check-up, and both were done in a friendly and professional manner. I could not ask for better care. In fact, the time between this visit and my last visit was longer than usual because I've been listening to advice and I've been getting great care. I highly recommend Dr. Monahan and his excellent staff.

Having just moved to the area, and leaving a dentist that I loved, I needed to find a new dentist who could take care of all my dental needs. I wanted a dentist who would listen to me, understand me, be compassionate and help reduce my anxiety. That dentist is Dr. Monahan. The minute I met him, I felt relaxed and comfortable. He explained all my options to repair my upper front teeth and we were able to come up with a working plan.
I know I have found my new dentist. Also his entire staff was wonderful, from checking in to scheduling new appointments. I am very happy with the entire practice. Thank you.
