I would HIGHLY recommend doing this activity if you have a chance when your in Palma. It was so much fun to cook and learn with other people and our teacher/chef Laura. I learned a lot even thought I already cook a lot and there were so many new skills introduced. Laura made it super fun to cook and interacted with the other people, and everything turned out amazing. Its so nice to see all the hard work turn out well and be able to eat what you created and when you have a great group to do it with the time absolutely flies. It's also such a nice experience to learn about the food from Spain and learn how to create it. Special thanks to Laura for being a patient instructor!

We had a terrific paella cooking class with Chef Carlota, who was a great hostess and chef. The setting near the historic windmill in a charming renovated space that is made for cooking, eating and drinking with friends and family. We had a lot of fun in the friendly and casual atmosphere, and learned to cook a few more delicious dishes in addition to the paella; but, that stole the show for sure. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Palma. Thank you, Chef Carlota!

We had a fantastic experience! Carolota took wonderful care of us with warmth and humour, making the whole class both fun and engaging. The setting was beautiful, and we cooked some truly delicious food. We also picked up several great little tips that helped our dishes turn out perfectly authentic. Can’t wait to try the tortilla again at home and get it just right!
