I used this company 3 weeks ago when an outlet blew unexpectedly. When I called yesterday because the outlet they fixed stopped working in its entirety I made an appointment. Not only did the person not show up but they didn’t call when I requested an update on their service timeline. Honestly if they were unable to honor my appointment, that would have been fine- just have the decency to let me know.
I had an excellent experience with this electrician. Stephen was absolutely wonderful—courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work!
I used this company for the first time and had an amazing experience. The owner, Steve, came on an emergency call and quickly fixed the problem. He’s very professional, experienced, and offers fair prices. I’ve never had such great service from an electrician before—truly unbelievable! Highly recommend this company. Upgraded residential electric service. Crew arrived early & stayed late until job was finished. Molloy Electric explained the job ( power off during job, needed to upgrade two items to current NYC Code). Molloy dealt with DOB filings, inspection & approval. Was a long day but WORTH it. Crew was professional, capable & nice. Job lead Adrian ran a very good job/crew. Would definitely use Molloy Electric again & recommend to others.
This is my first experience with Molloy Electric. They were referred by a friend. They installed an electric car charger for me. The owner of the firm, Steven Molloy came himself to review the scope of work. The itemized quote was priced very fairly. My appointment time was for 8am. They arrived at 8am on the dot. The work was completed with care, on time, and neatly done. The crew who did the work, was polite, helpful and quick I will be using Molloy Electric again! Thanks! Great work, great price. Molloy Electric was able to come the day after I called them. They communicated with me through email and texts to let me know the time they were coming and when they were on their way. The work was excellent, and the two electricians were knowledgeable and had no difficulties with our 95-year-old house. I highly recommend this electric company.
