I had originally called Mold Zero on behalf of my families home. Jessica was very helpful in explaining the free estimates they offer, and the testing packages. We ended up getting the testing package with additional testing.
Rusty came and inspected the home throughly, explained what he had found and a few days later we got our estimate. No frills, written clearly with what was going to be done. Put our deposit down with Jessica and within a few days work was started.
Aaron, the foreman was extremely knowledgeable, and the techs, josue and Luciano were great. We had a two day job and when we came home everything was perfectly contained ready for the next day. Job got finished and we recieved our post remediation results in a few days. We love that theres a warranty too. I felt guided the whole way through the process, and we preferred working for a local company rather than the bigger companies. Thank you Mold Zero!

About a month ago, we had a big leak in the bathroom. It caused water damage to the floor and the wall in the house I am renting. I notified my landlord about the leak. A friend of mine had told me in the past about mold zero and their positive experience with this company. I relayed this information to my landlord. She called and set up the initial inspection with the office manager, Jessica. I was also told I could speak with Jessica directly to coordinate appointment times, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the timeframe for each step of the remediation and what I could expect as a renter. Rusty, the owner and inspector of mold zero ordered the mold testing and sent the invoice directly to the landlord. Later, she told me she was very happy with the fair price that was quoted to her. Aaron and Josue worked on the areas infected with the mold contamination, they arrived on time, cleaned up after each day’s work and explained everything they were doing as the work proceeded. As a result, the work ended up looking perfect, we can’t see any repairs to the wall or the flooring. My experience with this company has been a very positive one and I highly recommend this company for any Landlord looking for a positive experience for the renter and also for themselves. I am very happy that my Landlord went with such a professional and reputable company.

I hired Green Planet Restoration after a multi‑day water intrusion, and unfortunately, they completely failed to follow even the most basic industry standards. Instead of proper mitigation, all they did was blow air around with what appeared to be faulty equipment, and none of the steps that professionals consider standard, like containment, baseboard removal, wall‑cavity drying, or proper dehumidification, were done. I was left with moisture, ongoing issues, and a room that still needed full remediation.
After that experience, I reached out to Mold Zero, and the difference was unbelievable.
