I would not hire them again to save my life. They are the worse lawyers in Houston who will bow down to a insurance company especially Fred loya.
Receiving only 1000 dollars while they stock more and did not work for investigate the actual case. They never made any attempt to press the insurance company but are quick to take your money I wish their was a zero star button because that’s where they actually sit
We understand your frustration with the settlement amount, but a bodily injury claim is only as strong as the medical evidence supporting it.
You attended only one doctor’s appointment during the entire process. Despite our repeated warnings that consistent treatment is required to prove an injury, you did not follow the doctor's orders. Insurance companies like Fred Loya view a lack of treatment as a lack of injury, which is why the offer was low. Without medical bills or records, there is no basis to file a lawsuit or demand more money.
We fought for the best result possible given the evidence provided. We wish you the best.
Unacceptable lack of professionalism
Mokaram Law Firm failed to handle my car accident case professionally from the very start. They withdrew from my case without informing me until two months in, leaving me mid-treatment with unresolved medical issues, including a steroid injection I didn’t knowingly approve. They completely ignored the vehicle claim, despite letters from the other insurer proving their fault and the availability of repair coverage. My insurance denied the other party, yet they abandoned me, leaving my MCL and ankle sprains untreated and no progress toward a settlement. It feels like they prioritized their reputation over my well-being, leaving me worse off than when I first hired them.

We did not 'stop' your treatment; rather, we advised that continuing to treat under the current circumstances was damaging your net recovery.

In personal injury law, consistent gaps in treatment signal to insurance companies that the injury is not severe. We explained that if you continued to cancel appointments, the insurance company would devalue your claim even further. We offered you the option to close the case now so you could receive a payout and continue treatment on your own terms using your health insurance. You decided to take that option. We advocate for our clients' best interests, even when that means delivering hard truths about how missed appointments impact a settlement."
