I LOVE THIS TEAM~!! I have known Rachel for over ten year's now probably and I refer people to them on purpose. They are like your guidance counselor's in college and can adapt to any scenario and how to run with it all. I don't keep a ton of people on speed dial but this is one you should if you are a business owner/operator too. Good offense in the corporate world is a-stronger defense.
No one never reached back out yo me when I called and talked to the person that took all my information concerning the issue that was going on with the faculty I had my love one in.

Ms. White, we are very sorry for the miscommunication. When you spoke to our intake specialist on Monday at 3:30, we scheduled a call for Friday at 1:30 with you and our attorney, Oscar Espinoza. Unfortunately, Mr. Espinoza was unexpectedly called out of the office on Friday, so he couldn’t reach out to you. His plan was to call you today (the following Monday) to explain the situation. We take client care and follow-up very seriously, and are so sorry for this inconvenience. Although it doesn’t help with your missed call, we are going to bolster our in-house procedures so that this doesn’t happen again in the future when an attorney is unexpectedly out of the office. Thank you for reaching out to us, and we'd like to make this right. We will be calling today. Again, we are so sorry.
There are not enough great things I can say about Caroline, Amber and their team! They were open and honest with us about our situation, went the extra mile AFTER we had wrapped things up with them representing us. They still helped us when we needed guidance to wade through some legal jargon. If you need someone to represent you, call them. If they can't help (for whatever reason) they will do what they can and not just send you out the door more confused!!! 15/10 would recommend each time!!!

He is honest, ethical, moral, empathetic, passionate, has integrity, character, and a sense of humor when I needed it most!
Being in a car accident can completely turn your life upside down! Totaled car, concussion that messes with your cognitive abilities like memory, reactions and reaction time, trying to remember a simple common every day word, etc, surgery, nerve damage, spinal injuries, constant pain & weight gain, and loss of job & home were a few of my challenges as a result of the accident.
I truly feel for people who've had it worse than I did!
Mike & Amber helped me overcome these challenges in more ways than I expected an accident atty to do!
Mike Mohlman was my attorney. Amber was his paralegal. The driver responsible for my accident had a suspended license (multiple DUI's) driving someone else's insured vehicle, so I didn't have much hope of anything other than getting medical bills paid.
After hiring Mike, I accidentally met another accident atty. He told me I had one of the best accident attys in the metro and not to leave him! It was not my intention to leave him, but that reassurance felt great!
They not only followed up with me regularly, but we're always quick to get back to me. If Amber didn't have an answer, she'd have Mike get back to me or she'd find out the answer and let me know.
Without going into details, they went way above and beyond all of my expectations in regards to service, follow up & follow thru, and in the settlement.
