This place is fantastic I finally have hope again and I'm not crazy that's a relief. Lol Dr Ralph Uiktar is an outstanding therapist and its my first time being here. He made me feel so much lighter after I was done. I would highly recommend this place and I'm so grateful I finally found the help I so desperately needed. I feel confident that things will GET BETTER!!!
Sawsan was amazing wonderful and very helpful! Best place around for therapy
This office is all around great, from the moment you walk in with the amazing welcoming receptionists, to the amazing therapists and psychiatrist. I've been going here for almost a year and this is the first time I haven't felt like just another $ on someones check but a human being they actually about!
The office staff has amazing customer service, very welcoming, the ambiance of soothing music is so welcoming while waiting in the lobby, Nurse Practioner Ms Dana is awesome, Thank you all for such a good experience when attending my appointments.
Started out as great experience- felt listened to. Felt like a human. Once the person I was seeing left the practice it has been completely unprofessional. Came here from recommendation from PCP. I will make sure to let him know exactly what my experiences were the last few months. Could say so many other things about my experience today but I’ll let it go.

* my experience and opinion *
I was recommended to this facility by a friend. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a chance. My first experience was actually great—I met with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who I really connected with. We vibed well, I felt heard, and I genuinely thought I found the right fit. In between appointments, I had a telehealth session with a therapist. This is where things took a turn. It was very obvious she was at a salon or some type of personal setting and not in a private environment. Her background wasn’t blurred, and the setting didn’t feel appropriate or professional. I even offered to reschedule, but she reassured me she wasn’t in public and was just having issues getting her phone set up. At that point I probably should have moved on, but I decided to give the facility another chance.
Later, I was moved to a new Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because the first one left the office. I began liking the new provider and was being monitored while starting new medications. Unfortunately, the side effects hit over a weekend, and there is no emergency or after-hours contact to get even brief guidance. I understand that might be their policy, but it left me anxious with no support during a medication adjustment.
After that, things went downhill. The first telehealth appointment was missed due to a family emergency, and I completely understood. The second appointment was also missed, but when I called (while the office was still open), I was squeezed in late—again with an emergency explanation. I tried to be understanding because things happen. But the third missed appointment is where it broke down for me. This time I received no call, no text, no explanation—and days later, I still haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile, I’m in the middle of dealing with medication issues and depending on this provider to monitor me. When you’re trusting someone with your psychiatric care, communication is everything. At the very least, someone should have reached out to cancel, reschedule, or explain. Unfortunately, this has been the last straw. I’m very disappointed with how the past month has gone. It’s discouraging to feel like the one who ends up with the negative experience when I came in hopeful and ready to trust their care. I will be seeking help elsewhere. To be fair, the facility is clean, and the front desk staff are always kind. But I can’t keep dealing with repeated missed appointments, unclear communication, and feeling unsupported while going through medication changes. I need a provider and a facility that I can depend on.
Also, I did not name any names because this should be a learning experience for the facility, not an attack on any individual.
*** Update 1/4/26 no one still has reached back out to me. I’ve made the right decision to seek help elsewhere. Finally got the help I needed and also feel more comfortable with my treatment plan. More organized and confident psychiatrist and therapist. Very saddened how this has turned out. I spoke highly of this place.

DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT. This place will ruin you. They do NOT care about you. They do not think of you as human beings. They will give you $200 dollar “testing” you did not know you would pay for. This was not even a proper diagnosis test either. Ridiculous. They will not listen to you and acknowledge any of your opinions. Because apparently these people know you best, even better than you know yourselves! Be prepared for these greedy people to wait until you’re near your breaking point to start listening to you ! Please just don’t come here. Save yourself the torment.

We are very sorry about your experience. We typically give testing for certain diagnoses but always notify the patient that there will be an out of pocket cost. If you were unaware of this prior to the testing that is a mistake on our part and we are sorry for that.
If you’re looking for a place that puts on a great persona the first appointment or 2 this is your place! You will think you found the right place and right person but you will be sadly mistaken going forward. They will schedule you for telehealth just for the provider not to show up. And that same provider will start treating you like you’re a junky for looking for guidance and help when it comes to meds. All that stuff you opened up about before? It’s out the window by appointment 2 or 3. You will no longer be treated with respect or care and talked down on. You will be expected to keep taking meds despite obvious horrible side effects and shamed if you decide to stop for your own well being. They don’t believe in treatment resistant conditions. Keep your script. I don’t want it. Some of us have actual problems and aren’t just out here looking for our next fix of drugs. If it were up to me I would love a natural alternative. Advice for anyone struggling, exercise does wonders. Muster any energy you have and get yourself active. It naturally releases endorphins and in turn can improve mood. It wont fix everything but it helps. Thanks for shattering any hope I had once again 😊 don’t worry after 14 years of struggling with mental illness, in a way you get used to it. Guess it’s really time to buckle down and realize these people will never understand something they’ve never personally dealt with. Be thankful your brain allows you to live perfectly fine and cause no issues, must be nice. Stop taking it for granted. I could sit here and wish bad Ill and luck on you but don’t worry karma will catch up and you’ll have no self awareness of why the things you are going through are happening. It's just sad you invalidate those who have are going through it. It shouldn’t be a crime to be hopeful but apparently it is.
Have the day you deserve 😊❤️
