I've used them 3x for my laminated floors and my carpets. The got out the puppy urine smell as well as the high traffic areas. Would definitely hire them again.

Spent $230.00 cash less than a 1 hr. I had to help move 2 small lamps, that they won't touch. Now we have to move everything back in place. I would not recommend.

Oh my goodness. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because wow. All the stains that have been making me crazy for months are GONE. Bonus, the gentleman that came to my house (im sorry I forgot his name) was super personable and I felt comfortable with him being here. I am really sad about this overall experience. We were charged extra for carpet deodorizer and it didn’t work. We were told the rug still had a mild mildew smell which should go away. The mildew smell is certainly not mild, it is strong, and has not gone away even though it was cleaned weeks ago. The rug also is not lying flat anymore. It’s bunching at one end which is not how it was. I also thought they were in Appleton as it says on Google, but had to travel to Weyauwega to drop off and pick up the rug which was a pain as I had to use my lunch breaks to do so since they didn’t have late working hours. I would have been fine if the rug didn’t still smell, but it’s awful, we are likely going to have to toss it, and was charged more than quoted.

Hi Meghan, this one comes as a complete surprise to us. Fully aware that we couldnt get the odor from being left out in the rain to go away completely. We are not happy about it either. However I personally cleaned your rug on 3 different occasions and even tried putting it in an ozone chamber overnight. Using much more in time and product than anticipated.
