This was my first time using Modern Cleaning Solutions to clean my carpet and steps. The results look fantastic! He was able to get the stains out and now the carpet looks new again. The scheduling, the text/email reminders, and the billing was super easy. He arrived on time and finished on time. He was able to put guards up around the corners of the hallway so the hose would hit the guards versus the wall. He also put up a temporary enclosure around the entry door from the garage. Lastly, he was able to explain dry time and was courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Very reasonably priced.

Modern Cleaning Solutions did a great job! We had our tiles cleaned and sealed, along with our carpet, couch and love seat cleaned. All of it done in about 2 hours.

I've used them 3x for my laminated floors and my carpets. The got out the puppy urine smell as well as the high traffic areas. Would definitely hire them again.

Spent $230.00 cash less than a 1 hr. I had to help move 2 small lamps, that they won't touch. Now we have to move everything back in place. I would not recommend.

Oh my goodness. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because wow. All the stains that have been making me crazy for months are GONE. Bonus, the gentleman that came to my house (im sorry I forgot his name) was super personable and I felt comfortable with him being here.
