I have reviewed Modern Auto before. I absolutely love these guys. I took my car in to have a part replaced. There was a problem with the part not their service, and they worked so hard to fix the problem. At the end they did not charge me anything because it was a faulty part. No surprises with these guys. They are the only auto shop I really trust in the valley. They are easy to talk to and will take the time to explain what is wrong and what they need to do.

I have never seen such a thorough diagnosis done on the vehicle in such a timely matter. Complete with comments pictures and all. They were quick to find the issue and even faster to fix it. After I picked up the vehicle they stayed in touch to insure all my concerns were satisfied very pleased with the service.
Se puede decir que es el mejor taller de autos donde me arreglaron una tahoe hybrid busque por 2 años quien me hiciera un trabajo en la tahoe y nadie en el valle del tesoro y hasta en la kendall auto mall lleve a la tahoe para ver si tenia arreglo no pudieron también y ya de tanto buscar y perder dinero aquí en Modern Auto Service hicieron un excelente 👌 trabajo de verdad es increíble que allan podido con ese trabajo lo recomiendo son muy buenos mecánicos nunca lleves tus autos a los cosecionarios traelo mejor a Modern Auto Service.

I had a really great experience here. Even though we couldn’t fully pinpoint the issue with my car, the team was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I was hesitant at first because of my performance car, but they handled it carefully and kept me informed every step of the way. Christian was one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a professional setting, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. I truly appreciated their integrity and professionalism — I’d definitely return!

Came in for an oil change and to check if the washer fluid was leaking. Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable when it comes to my Mini Cooper.
