My 2007 H3 Hummer developed a oil leak in or near the engine bay. A call to make an appointment and I got one for the following day. The shop found the leak was from a failed seal in front differential. The repair was complete the next day and was 200 less than the repair estimate. Great service. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up after the repair was done.

This is a fantastic shop! First, I really appreciate they have someone to answer the phone. Not every place does. Had a breakdown from an unusual problem. They fit me in. Tracked down potential warranty parts. Gave me 2 rides. Great service!!They definitely go the extra mile for their customers!! If you live in Fruitland or the surrounding areas, this is the shop to go to!!

Really disappointed in there efforts on my truck Really thought they could figure it out with all the knowledge that they have and high technology equipment they could get me going in the right direction all I did was spend money for nothing just a waste of time and money

Your truck presented a particularly complex situation. Several modules had already been replaced prior to your visit, and the data network on the vehicle was down, which limited our ability to communicate with the system and trace the root cause during the initial diagnostic time. Electrical and network issues like this can require multiple stages of testing before the underlying fault can be isolated.
That said, I understand how frustrating it can feel to spend time and money without a clear resolution. Your feedback is important to us, and I would really appreciate the chance to learn more about your experience so we can continue improving how we handle situations like this.
