If I was able to rate the absolutely terrible experience my wife and I had taking our rigs here, I'd give not even 1 star. Absolutely no communication via phone to tell us about our vehicles, until way after. And they're communication in person was terrible as well. And my wife's rig sat in the lot from 10 a.m to a little after 5 p.m, when we scheduled an appointment at 10a.m. and then to be told that they didn't spend much time on it and couldn't find anything wrong. When we clearly noted and verbally told them what was happening with the vehicle. And we still had to pay.
What a joke. Don't take your rigs here.

A clear takeaway from our conversation is that we failed to keep you informed throughout the day. You had to come to us for updates rather than us reaching out to you, and that's not acceptable. That's on us.
Our intake notes from your visit were not sufficient, which led to us being inefficient and not properly addressing your concerns. I've implemented a more robust intake process for our team to resolve this going forward.

Beyond the problem with the car, Modern Auto was responsive to the customer's situation and need. They set an appointment for 4 days hence, but then welcomed the customer to bring the car in early, next morning. An initial check revealed the problem and they jumped on it and took care of it. These are not shade-tree mechanics. They are professionals, trained mechanics with professional and knowledgeable customer service up front.

We took our car in for an oil change and strange noise. Thanks to their inspection they found that we needed several other items that needed attention. They fixed everything in a timely manner. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and polite. The office is hospitable and comfortable.
Most importantly we were given estimates in advance of any work and we chose what we wanted completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Modern Auto Service to any of my friends and family.
