Had a wonderful experience at Moda Cafe! We tried the almond cheesecake, cookies, custard, rice pudding, and kahwa, and everything was absolutely delicious! The desserts were fresh, flavorful, and a perfect treat.
A special shoutout to Alina, our server, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.
Great desserts, a lovely atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality! Definitely a place worth visiting again. Highly recommended!

As soon as I got in, I saw some employee on their phone and i was standing waiting to be seated.
After i sat down, i was looking at the dessert section, after picking three choices, and standing in line for 4mins, i was told that i cant eat it inside and order from the takeout/payment area. I said i will take it out.
After i got to my hotel, i tried the lotus cake and it was old dry cake, the anatolian cheese was fine, the baklava was good.
If you have one day here in washington dc and want desserts, get anything but the cakes, or ask if its fresh before you buy.

unfortunately we didnt want to finish anything we ordered. the date latte and turkish dream latte were supposed to have date and fig flavors respectively, but we barely picked up on either of them. both drinks were also way too milky… barely a whisper of coffee bean
we also ordered the sutlac (rice pudding), which was sickeningly sweet and only had like 5 grains of rice LOL?? the service and ambiance were lovely so its a shame that the drinks and dessert didnt hit

Moda is definitely worth visiting! The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and great quality. I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food. Huge respect to the team at Moda! Keep up the great work!
Just experienced Moda this evening for the first time and was pleasantly wowed! Finally found a restaurant with bursts of flavorful cuisine that feels clean on the palate and guilt free. I’m left feeling like my body was well nourished!
The hostess was pleasant and welcoming along with the wait staff. Ramon served us and made us feel a top priority in a full restaurant setting.
This is definitely my new favorite as I seek to be more mindful of a healthier diet!
