I want to write about my experience with Dr. Aghana Chugh. She was friendly, but I told her I didn’t want to crack my neck. She said she would be gentle, but she still did it, and now it’s been 12 days that I’ve had a mild headache which before I hadn’t. I hope it goes away soon.

Okay, story time. I am over 40 so of course I devastated my back by sleeping one night. I went about 2.5 weeks in constant pain. I could barely walk for the first few days and then it transitioned into more of a constant 7 on the pain scale. I went looking for something that might help and was drawn to mobility+ because I saw they do Spinal Decompression and I was hoping they would be able to rip me in half (medically speaking). I called and booked an appointment with Xavier. I arrived for my appointment and was met by Lean at reception. The exceptional service started there. Lean is exactly the type of person you want to talk to when you hate everything. Her quick, professional and extremely friendly service sped me along through the paperwork and I was in in no time. Now enters Xavier and the friendliness continues. I was asked some questions and then we went straight to deduction and treatment. I left my appointment a little tender but feeling more relief than I had hoped for. Fast forward a few days and we have my first follow up appointment. The pain had gone down but not away and I had occasional stiffness still. Xavier decided to stab me about it(acupuncture) and HOLY did that help! I have never had acupuncture before but I was never against it, but now I am all about it. Four needles went in and after a few minutes I felt better than I have in 3 weeks. I just got home and wanted to write this just in hopes that anyone who may be in pain knows that Xavier and Lean can help! And be crazy nice about it too. First hour of pain free in 3 weeks and I am so grateful! Thank you!

Fell off the back of my truck and aggravated my back real bad. It hurt to walk, sit, sleep. Quality of life was down the drain. Came to this clinic in with two slipped discs, a hip tilt, and excruciating nerve pain from my hips all the way down into my foot. Worked with Dr. Guy and Xavier with a fairly aggressive treatment plan - 4 visits a week. Still working through some mobility restrictions and strengthening of some key areas, however, happy to say that my pain is completely gone. Kudos to the both of you for your professionalism, knowledge and expertise - I can now look forward to my racing season this summer. Cheers! PS. ladies at the front desk are super nice too :)

I visited Mobility Plus Chiropractic after my friends suggestion. I went for severe back pain that was radiating to both legs, as well as elbow pain caused by a sports injury. Dr. Guy provided exceptional chiropractic care, thoroughly addressing my back issues with precision and expertise. Joey was equally amazing with physiotherapy, helping me recover mobility and strength effectively. The reception team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience.
