Freedom and Independence Again We had the privilege to deal with Rebekah who was not only knowledgeable but was open and friendly from the moment we entered. As it was our first experience purchasing a mobility aid we naturally had lots of questions which she answered professionally and demonstrated great patience. The buying experience was excellent overall. We needed additional assistance the following day which she again met with enthusiasm. Mobility 1st great service and rates My mobility scooter is my only source of mobility to every room in the house. It started to run inefficiently which created a mobile panic. It was believed tp be a faulty battery. One call to Mobility 1st was all it took to get the unit back in service. It turns out it was not the battery but a wiring problem and our problem was solved within one day. Thank you Mobility 1, I would advise anyone with a mobility problems to call them for curtesy and reliability

Zak, Mike, and Jules (forgive my spelling) were absolutely wonderful and very generous with their time put into helping me. My scooter was stolen (with no batteries, etc} and was left at a business close by who called Mobility1ST because their sticker was on it. They picked it up, checked the serial # and traced it to me. They delivered back to me. I am so grateful and thankful that they gave me assistance with kindness. love you guys.

This morning I was thrilled to find that Mobility 1st had delivered my F20 CPAP mask after a delay in it getting to me! Kudos to Vickie and Zak for their amazing service to an older woman who needed her equipment! My husband and I both use CPAP machines and we will always use Mobility 1st for any of our equipment that we need! Thanks again!

I found mobility 1st to be an excellent company. They installed a vertical platform lift and reinstalled a stair lift for me. The level of expertise and caring shown by James and Mike was outstanding. James made sure I fully understood how to use the lift safely and explained exactly how he had installed it, and it's safety features. I have progressive mobility issues, so I will definitely be using this company again as the need arises and I would highly recommend them

I am so impressed with this company!!! I took my elderly mom into the store to purchase a power wheelchair to use in her home and occasionally out in the community. Vickie took so much time to show us many options and was super patient with my mom as she tried different models of wheelchairs. We arranged to have the owner Robin out to my mom’s home to help with this decision. Robin could not have been more helpful and super kind. Robin spent 2 hours helping my mom navigate the home, teaching her techniques to use and making arrangements to have adjustments to the wheelchair to make it perfect for my mom’s size and mobility. This company knows how to provide exceptional customer service and has extensive product knowledge to help with all mobility issues!!! Super happy to recommend this company :)

I ordered four parts for my cpap but the parcel came with one missing part. After I reported the missing part by the evening, I received an answer that they will send the missing part the day after at no charge. The parcel came with the missing part plus a travel cpap mask wipes Thank you for your service.

I am so glad to live in London where I am able to deal with this company. I have been a loyal customer since they opened their store in Northland Mall. I just bought my batteries for my power chair and called they delivered the batteries tuned up my wheelchair installed them all at home. The service man was excellent and I felt bad that I didn’t remember him from before but he was very personal and was here and gone before I knew it.
