My name is M Brown i am 70 years old and severely handicap i bought the easy pro 2.0 this chair saved my life i use everyday easy to fold and to handle plus i weight 300lbs very solid chair and there is no better after service care then these guys remarkable people. now my chair as problems i hope i can get it fix thank you easy fold for making my life better.

Excellent sales team. We ordered accessories for my spouse’s walker and the sales person was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and the order was completed to our satisfaction. We had tried to get the same items from a local company but after six weeks of calling and getting excuse after excuse, we gave up. My husband was very happy with the walker he purchased. Staff was accommodating and he has the proper walker which he can also sit down on as he is a big man. He was also very surprised with the variety of items found in the store. We have a mobility store in our town but will definitely be driving to London for any and all future purchases. Rebecca, the sales person, knew the products well and with her assistance we purchased a portable electric assisted wheelchair, a Golden Eagle GR 595 mobility scouter with multiple accessories and CPAC supplies. Mobility 1st is a well stocked store so we were able to take all the products we purchased with us with exception of the scouter which was delivered 100+ kilometers to our home in Port Dover for a minimal, agreed on, setup and delivery fee. When we began using the Golden Eagle scouter I realized it was not a great fit for our rural property. The Wrangler 2 was the product I needed. I had driven this scouter when I was at the store and thought it was the best in the class but more expensive and stronger built than I required. I requested to return the Golden Eagle and purchase in its place, a Baja Wrangler 2 mobility scouter. Vicki agreed to facilitate the return for a minor restocking and delivery fee which was very fair. The Wrangler 2 I had driven was sold so Vicki went to work. Mobility 1st under, Vicki’s direction delivered to my Port Dover home, a brand new, perfectly accessorized, Wrangler 2 within 1 week of my return request. The product was in limited supply in the market but Vicki’s persistence had the product delivered to Port Dover within a week and the Golden Eagle back in London. I was a difficult customer but a great Customer Service team saved the day! Mobility 1st in London is a long ways from Port Dover but their Customer Service and on-line access have earned my business in future purchases.

I just purchased an Invacare Leo Mobility Scooter from Mobility 1st on July 2nd, 2025 and it arrived on July 10, 2025. I also purchased a lockable front box. I was extremely happy with the service and the courteous staff that guided me all the way through the purchase and delivery. The scooter is extremely easy to handle and a very comfortable ride. My mobility scooter simply outdid my expectations I was shocked at how beautiful it was, how large it was, and how powerful and dependable it is. It opened a whole new world for me.
