This morning I was thrilled to find that Mobility 1st had delivered my F20 CPAP mask after a delay in it getting to me! Kudos to Vickie and Zak for their amazing service to an older woman who needed her equipment! My husband and I both use CPAP machines and we will always use Mobility 1st for any of our equipment that we need! Thanks again!

I found mobility 1st to be an excellent company. They installed a vertical platform lift and reinstalled a stair lift for me. The level of expertise and caring shown by James and Mike was outstanding.
James made sure I fully understood how to use the lift safely and explained exactly how he had installed it, and it's safety features.
I have progressive mobility issues, so I will definitely be using this company again as the need arises and I would highly recommend them

I am so impressed with this company!!! I took my elderly mom into the store to purchase a power wheelchair to use in her home and occasionally out in the community. Vickie took so much time to show us many options and was super patient with my mom as she tried different models of wheelchairs. We arranged to have the owner Robin out to my mom’s home to help with this decision. Robin could not have been more helpful and super kind. Robin spent 2 hours helping my mom navigate the home, teaching her techniques to use and making arrangements to have adjustments to the wheelchair to make it perfect for my mom’s size and mobility. This company knows how to provide exceptional customer service and has extensive product knowledge to help with all mobility issues!!! Super happy to recommend this company :)

I ordered four parts for my cpap but the parcel came with one missing part.
After I reported the missing part by the evening, I received an answer that they will send the missing part the day after at no charge.
The parcel came with the missing part plus a travel cpap mask wipes

I visited with my cpap machine that was making noises. I had the most professional, knowledgeable person answer all my question and guide me to how to have a resolution to my problem. Definitely the place to go for all supplies and concerns.

I am so glad to live in London where I am able to deal with this company. I have been a loyal customer since they opened their store in Northland Mall. I just bought my batteries for my power chair and called they delivered the batteries tuned up my wheelchair installed them all at home. The service man was excellent and I felt bad that I didn’t remember him from before but he was very personal and was here and gone before I knew it. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful company for all your customers new and old Nancy Payette

I don't usually give 5 stars and I love to complain but couldn't find anything this time :) Placed the order on weekend, they fulfilled and shipped next business day. Got my invoice and tracking number.

Our new motorized wheelchair mysteriously lost all power on a Friday night. I was frantic as my partner can't manage without it. I called first thing Saturday to find there is no service department over the weekend. I told the girl my desperate story over the phone. She called back a few minutes later to tell me that their delivery person would come and try to help. Zak arrived a few hours later took a casing off and found a connection had come loose.....an actual factory mistake. He is coming back Monday with zip ties to insure this never happens again. I'm so appreciative of everyone going beyond in their customer service to help us out. Outstanding !

I went into Mobility 1st looking for a part for my CPAP. Hailey approached me immediately and within a few moments grabbed the part I needed and was extremely knowledgeable; giving me advise from her experience as a RRT/CPAP consultant.
I will be going back and would recommend this business.

Amazing place. My Aunt needed a couple of things taken care of. An inch cut off her new cane and her walkers wheel bearings cleaned and greased. We didn't have an appt but were attended to almost immediately. We were offered a place to sit and wait while the work was done and were out in 15 minutes. The staff were all lovely and the price was fair at twice the price

During my online search for CPAP supplies, all of the positive glowing reviews I read about Mobility 1st/ my CPAP store attracted my attention. I live in Alberta, so it felt chancey to order from so far away. I contacted them and Leah and now Hailey have both been a 10 out of 5 in assisting me with all of my questions, orders and set up. Some of my item orders were complicated, but they came through for me and I have only positive things to say for this family business. I do not hesitate to recommend them to you. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!

I recently moved back to London from Alberta and needed to replace my CPAP parts. I researched for hours to find the best price as I'm a senior on limited income. I'm so happy I came across Mobility 1st! Hailey was amazing and took her time on the phone to take my order and have it ready for pickup. She price matched the on-line prices AND gave me free cleaning wipes. When I got to the store, first thing I noticed was how sparkling clean Mobility 1st was and everyone was so nice. I had brought my old parts and Hailey gave me the information I needed to buy the proper hose, explaining the differences on the one I was initially going to buy. The prices at Mobility 1st saved me over $100 than buying at the other places I was looking at. Hailey also explained the proper cleaning of my CPAP and offered to assist with any questions or concerns that I may ever have. Thank you for everything and a good night's sleep!

Bought a Soft Tub from Mobility First in May. An issue was identified and the service team - Grace, Jim, Zack, Mike and Chas - responded promptly, fixed the issue and had the tub up and running on the promised delivery date. The team was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions and maintained a great sense of humour throughout. Thank you Mobility First!
