They use Aero Cosmetics aviation-grade products and pay close attention to the details, so the results were fantastic. Superb customer experience. I was slightly hesitant to book Spot On due to the small quantity of reviews, but Diego exceeded my expectations. From the rapid-fire quote, to the easy booking, to his timely arrival, to helping me empty the car before doing the actual cleaning and detailing, he delivered a stellar experience.
What sold me was that his mobile unit is fully supplied with water/power so I didn't have to worry about the logistics of helping him set up. I left him to his own devices, came back in two hours, and BOOM the car looked brand new.

For context I’ve had pro detailing done many times in the past. I decided to go with spot on rather than my normal detailer because it was half the price and spot on is located in Dublin where I live.
I got the Spot On Detailing service and the Seat and Upholstery cleaning service. For starters, the website clearly states “steam and shampoo cleaning of upholstery and seats / deodorizing treatment for carpets and upholstery”…The carpet was not steamed/extracted/shampoo’d at all!!! Only the seats were. Which is obvious because the carpet isn’t wet at all + you can see in the photos that not even all the debris was vacuumed.
Then there’s basic detailing misses. Didn’t clean the sun visors at all, leaving streak marks all over piano black plastics. A lot of plastic surfaces that still had dust/dirt on them. Not vacuuming the upholstery completely!!! Not pulling out cup holder rubbers that are removable to actually steam them properly. One of the worst of all is the seat belt button that still has black gunk inside the word “press”. Absolutely unacceptable when you pay specifically for seat cleaning.
On top of that, my old detailer would actually dry out the interior after doing an interior service like this. So I was left to dry it out myself, which took about an hour with the heat blasting and windows down + some driving. Grabbing towels from home and just wasting my time doing all this.
I should’ve gone with my normal guy and paid more to have it done right. I paid $275 to essentially have my seats extracted, get a basic car wash/wax and have plastics wiped down the same way the hand car wash down the street does for $70…I’m so upset. The website is false advertising and that dirt/debris in the photos by the door jams is the proof. The carpet on the floor IS the upholstery…it was vacuumed on the most basic level and nothing else.

I am actually blown away by the job that Diego did on our 2021 Audi Q3. We have a 20 month old toddler, so the car was well and fully destroyed as any parent can understand. We were due for a new car seat, so we scheduled with Diego in between taking out the old one and installing the new one. When I took out that car seat, I was in disbelief at how many snacks and how much debris could be in one car. Disgusting. But Diego took his time and did a meticulous job, and by the time he left, it seriously felt like a new car again. It even had that new car smell again!
The paint job and entire outside were also pristine, of course. As luck would have it, it started to drizzle just a few days later, but whatever he did to the paint job just made the water slide right off, and the car still looks amazing almost a month later.
I cannot recommend Spot On enough! We are very excited to make a treatment for our car an annual thing now, and our days of driving around with a dirty vehicle are behind us. He will 100% get our business again! Oh, and I got lots of quotes from other places. One place wanted almost twice as much for a detail that was oriented to parents of toddlers! This is the best service AND the best price.
