Wow!! I fell in love with an RV, but I’m out of state. Everything I’ve read online tells you to hire an RV inspector. I’ve never had to do that before. So I contacted Mobile RV inspections, and spoke with Mike. The process was easy peezy. He took care of everything. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to spend that kind of money, but it was well worth it. I truly dodged a bullet. Photos from the seller did not match those of the RV Inspection report. They did great work!!!

Dealerships don't always catch the details of every trade or new RV they receive, so I would encourage everyone to pay for an independent inspection from a certified inspector. Mobile RV inspections saved me from a very costly mistake. Mike was prompt with his report, which was thorough and included photos of every issue he found even the "acceptable" ones. Thanks, Mike. Mike did a GREAT inspection for us on our new Brinkley i294. I don't think I could recommend another inspector more than Mike. His thoroughness was beyond expectations and the time he spent and the attention to detail was fantastic. It was obvious Mike has done MANY, MANY inspections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN! They charged me $1700 to inspect 2 RV's. They walked in the 1st RV and were only in it for 10 minutes before walking out and never even stepped foot in the 2nd RV. They called me 15 minutes after arriving stating that there was "extensive water damage to both units and to walk away now" then proceeded to leave. They did not complete either inspection and did not take any pictures or provide a written inspection report which was supposed to be provided. When I asked for a refund of the $1700 and offered to pay for the time and gas for the less than 30 minutes they were onsite, they refused and stated that since they showed up they were keeping the $1700. RIP OFF IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!
Linda, I’m sorry you were unhappy with our service, In the hundreds of inspections we have completed, only a few have not been completed due to the state of the unit. In my opinion, yours were two of the worst units I have ever encountered. I did find water damage in a very short amount of time, it was that apparent to a trained eye. Not to mention that the water pump did not work, half the light switches did not work, all of the life saving devices failed, one door had a very large dent in it and a cabinet door was hanging from only one hinge, and that is what we found in the first 30 minutes. So yes, my immediate thought was to call you and advise you of these concerns. I asked if you wanted us to continue the inspection and we agreed over the phone it would be a waste of time. We then discussed whether or not to inspect the second unit. If you recall, I did walk through unit 2 with you in attendance and pointed out some water damage to you in person before we started the inspection. I believe I saved you thousands of dollars in repairs and hours of headaches. I offered to help you find different units and referred you to an RV dealer that I had recently done an inspection at that had units in your price range. I have done inspection at most of the big dealers and a number of smaller dealers. I do not have any affiliation with any of them, but can tell you a few to stay away from, this dealer is added to that list. I’m sorry they did not refund your deposit. I have issued you a partial refund for the inspections.
