Losing my beloved dog, Simba, was one of the hardest moments of my life, but the compassion and care from your team made all the difference. From start to finish, they handled everything with such kindness and respect, guiding me through the process when I felt completely lost. They gently trimmed some of Simba’s hair for me to keep and created a beautiful paw imprint, which meant the world to me. The ashes were returned to me within a week, which I deeply appreciated. Their service was not only professional but also incredibly heartfelt, and the pricing was very reasonable. I am forever grateful for their support during such a difficult time. Thank you so much for everything.
After we lost our cat we telephoned late in the evening and they came the next morning to collect her. All the time they acted with care and sympathy. The service was excellent and her ashes were delivered back in a beautiful wooden sleeve. Would highly recommend them if you lose a pet.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for making a difficult time easier. When picking up our dog you gave such respect and the personal touch of a hair clipping, a cast of her paw and a candle to light at the time of her cremation
(which was texted to me so i could light it at the exact time it took place), was such a lovely way to say a final goodbye.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, our beloved Oreo passed away on a Sunday after 16 years, we struggled to find anyone that was willing to come to my sisters home (she is disabled and needed the cat collected) i rang mobile pets crematory who was willing to assist, the man i spoke to communicated excellently and gave us a very efficient time to collect. I ensured he knew how sentimental oreo was to my sister as my mother had got her the cat whom had also passed away and i entrusted in the service having never used them before, He went above and beyond, on arrival he certainly had his priorities in the right order.. my sister tried to hand him the money first, he insisted that this be dealt with after he saw to the cat, which was very empathetic of him, he gave my sister a candle and some of oreos fur and reassured her that they would call when he was being cremated (which they did) there was no rush when it came to my sister saying her final farewell, he took a few moments in his van and came back with a beautiful paw print as a keepsake which could easily be painted. Within just 4 days my sister has recieved Oreos ashes back and i cannot fault the service at all it has been brilliant and i personally will use the service again in the future and highly recommend. The care and compassion shown certainly goes a long way and we are content knowing that Oreo was in good hands. Thank you for your exceptional service.
We lost our beautiful boy cat Kato he was 17 yrs old but is still sadly missed but when I rang you and was upset you were so kind and reassured me that Kato would be looked after like he was your own it was so important to me that he was treated gently and you reassured me and I was grateful for that and when I got Kato home he was in a lovely box we have put it in his memory box in our front room thank you for being so kind

Would not use again. No compassion shown through out what was a very upsetting time after losing our beloved cat. Complete lack of communication once the money was in their hands. Recieved the ashes in a clear see through bag with no name or even a simple sorry for your loss message. Only reason for the 1 star was that the collection and delivery of ashes was relatively quick.
Unfortunately my 5 year old cat passed away and had to look for a cremation service.
I called in the morning at around 7 and they were at my house at around 11.
The driver was really understanding, compassionate and gave my family all the time needed to say our last goodbyes without rushing.
The pawn imprint was done straight away and the ashes arrived quickly.
Will use the service again if needed (hopefully not soon).
Our 12 year old greyhound passed away on a Sunday in our living room. It was an absolutely traumatic experience for all of us, but I thought the service provided was absolute top class. The wait wasn't excessive, we were given an opportunity to say 'goodbye', she was treated with dignity, and the driver was very mindful of our evident distress. Her ashes arrived by post the following Saturday in a simple pine box. I would definitely be willing to use the service again.
