I bought a Samsung s23, reconditioned paid a lot of money for, the phone was left on my desk not moved stayed on the desk charged phone and the screen was flickering and nothing on the screen, the phone was sent back and was told the screen has had to much pressure on it and that's why the screen doesn't work, £150 to repair ! THE PHONE DIDNT MOVE FROM MY DESK AND WAS USED AS PRESSURE ON ANY PHONE,called customer service a rude man not letting me talk and talking over me, advised I will be going to the ombudsman and taking this further and am in the process, the man on the phone couldnt careless, then I read the reviews about excellent customer service, after my experience with this company are the reviews even for this company or actual customers, I'd STAY AWAY. Terrible experience and customer service!! Took my phone to a proper official phone shop today, who advised there wasn't pressure put on the screen but it was faulty,paid £130 I was quoted £170 from these clowns, AVOID AVOID AVOID keep your hard earned money cause these cowboys are ripping customers off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I HAVE TAKEN IT TO CLAIMS COURT WITH A REPORT OF MY PHONE AND WHAT THE ISSUE IS, THERE COWBOYS STAY AWAY OTHERWISE JUST THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN YOULL GET THE SAMW RESULTS !!!!!
