Straight up company. Honest review
I was dubious about ordering another phone from the web after an horrendous experience with another retailer, but I have to say: Mobile Direct have completely put my faith back in the system.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 from Mobile Direct - advertised as 'opened never used' - on Wed July 10th (after 5pm) and was delighted to have received it by the Morning of July 12th.. Approx 36hrs later! The phone was absolutely brand new and I have been using it for a few days now without problems (it is July 16th today). The phone works perfectly and I love it.
The previous retailer I dealt with (who use a 'smart blue lion' to advertise themselves), have still not refunded the money for non delivery of an order from Wed 26th JUNE.. And, having read some of the bad reviews about them on this website, I realise I might have to put up with a few weeks of fighting to even get it!?
Mobile Direct have wiped the floor with the blue lion and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is a little unsure of spending their hard earned money with an online retailer like I was.

Purchased a 'new mobile' which came with no box, no protection, scratch marks and even had been set up to other users' television. Hearing distorted on calls now also!
No contact from customer services and paypal closed case as 'similar to described...'
Note to company NEW and USED are dissimilar!

Very pleased with Mobile direct.
This is the second time I'm ordering from them and they've been really helpful.
This time I ordered 2 phones and on one I forgot to tick the boxes for the free case and charging cable and I emailed them, they were very prompt and said if the team dispatched already the phones not to worry as they will send the case and wire separately. Which I think it's very professional and nice of them as it was my mistake.
Honestly keep it up guys because you are doing a great job.
Will definitely order again and recommend you!
