Terrible company! They tried to overcharge my wife on the quote. Told my wife that Samsung was a terrible brand to have. He was talking on the phone with someone else most of the time he was here. 60 bucks for him to come and tell my wife what I already knew. He quoted my wife 600 dollars to replace the drain pump and suspension rods. I did it myself for just over 100 dollars and it took me only about 30 minutes total for both after watching 2 videos on YouTube. Totally disrespectful person. Negative 5 stars!

For sure the parts were not OEM. I surely didn't get OEM parts for 100 dollars, but they did come with a 3 year warranty. Another thing, we were never a customer to you before. I have never in my life had an appliance repaired. Only replaced. You treated my wife badly and tried to take advantage of the situation because she is a woman. You should be ashamed. All customers should be warned of your bad business practices and poor professionalism.

Hello, sir, thank you for leaving your thoughts, and congrats on getting your own repair done. Y'all have used us in the past; in fact, you were one of our very first customers, so we are grateful to have received another opportunity from y'all. We use OEM parts on all of our repairs. If you got yours done for under "$100" dollars you used some cheap aftermarket parts that are guaranteed to fail quickly. Ask me how we know this..
I never told your wife that Samsung was a "terrible brand to have"; I own several Samsung products. Samsung is very proud of its parts and of all the brands they charge the most for. I did offer to "repack" the rods with fresh grease, which would have worked better and lasted longer than even the new OEM grease. The most expensive part I have ever seen in the appliance world is, by far, the Samsung suspension rods, because they are sold individually (you need 4 total). Samsung is the number one brand that we see and service here in El Paso. We do these repairs quite often, actually, with no complaints.
We do apologize for any "disrespect" you may have felt, but I did show the MOST respect when talking with your wife and I believe she felt the same way as well. 100 percent of our customers would say the same thing. As a BUSINESS OWNER we are often on the phone between adding in new customers to the route, dealing with warranty companies, or talking with our technicians. These phone calls can be quite random and sometimes lengthy. We are proud to say we have not gone the AI route just yet.
