I needed some repair work on my roof. Keith was very fast to get out to my house in Lake Jackson with storms on the way later in the week. He was incredibly professional and told me how he saw it. We walked the roof together and he explained what he thought needed to be done and pointed to the exact areas that made him think that. he examined the water damage in my house and compared that with my roof and areas of concern he found. The crew he sent to my house was very fast and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my house and the pricing was very fair. I was expecting a crazy price point and he put my fears to ease immediately. If I need any roof work done in the future M&M Roofing has definitely secured me as a customer!

If I could give them 1,000 stars I would! I needed an inspection for a move. I tried 2 other roofing companies and could not get either to call me back. I called M & M on Friday and they came on Monday. Juan was very professional and went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend them!!

The crew did an excellent job fixing the hairline cracks above our windows. They made sure to come before the rain was expected, which we really appreciated. I just want to give these guys a big big shout out for doing such an amazing job at guest house! We truly don’t trust anyone with our stuff because we’ve had a lot of mistakes from other companies but M&M roofing, siding and windows gave us the confidence and reassurance that we were in good hands from the very beginning! M&M Roofing Siding & Windows did a great job. Mike McCollum was super easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered every question we had going forward. They repaired the roof damage, installed the new roof and portions of the siding as well as gutters. Would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Terrible experience, drove to the property and sat for 30 minutes. Called to inform them no one had arrived they were supposed to notify the rep to call me with an eta. Another 30 minutes later I called back because I never got a call and they still hadn’t made it. They were supposed to have a supervisor call me “ASAP” never got that call.
Called again this morning to find out that now they never had me scheduled. So how were they going to get in touch with me if I was never scheduled🙃. Hopefully you guys have better experience with them I’ll take my money elsewhere.
On 10Apr26 our gutters were clogged, and the weight of the water tore our entire front fascia off the house, taking the gutters with them. We called M&M, and the next morning (Saturday) Greg and his crew chief Oscar showed up to see what was needed. Monday morning the crew went to work and put up new Hardie fascia. They also replaced some rotting wood on the front porch ceiling and columns. Then they painted the whole front of the house. It all went very well and looks great. Oscar's crew were so polite, and made everything look easy.
Then Harvey and his gutter crew installed the new gutters, which also look great. We couldn't be happier with the whole project, from timely response, to reasonable pricing, to professionalism by all involved. We will definitely use M&M again, when the need arises

Recently we had our whole front fascia on our house torn off by the weight of clogged gutters. We called M&M on a Friday, and they had one of their guys out on Saturday to assess the damage. He put together proposals for both replacing the Hardie Fascia, and putting up new gutters. By Monday morning the crew was out putting up the new fascia, and replacing some ceiling soffit where water had softened the wood over time. They even painted the whole front porch and columns as part of the package. Everything was professionally done, and the end result looks great. Oscar, the crew chief, and his entire crew were very respectful, and did a first rate job cleaning up the area when they were done.
A few days later, Harvey and his gutter crew installed the new gutters. This work was also top notch, and the color match perfect. Our service professional, Greg, made sure everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, & Windows to anyone needing to improve their home.
