Conner was incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of the work that his team would do along with the available options. M and M Roofing, And Construction is a top tier company!
They just completed work at my home which included replacing a section of siding with JamesHardie colonial planking.
They also removed and replaced my old gutters in addition to adding gutters to my garage and second story area. These gutters have the screen guards which will prevent leaves and debris from clogging them. They are maintenance free!
Cesar and his crew also power washed and painted the entire exterior of my home and replaced rotted wood in several areas.
Jim Williams was my contact person, he is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in recommending the siding and gutter materials that would work best on my home.
I have worked with Jim before when M and M replaced my roof a few years ago.

M&M Roofing replaced my siding & windows, and painted, in January 2026.
Allen Shoemaker was my representative. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He's as cordial as can be, he's not pushy in the slightest, he's thorough, he LISTENS, and he works on the customer's behalf while being completely open about everything he plans to do. He candidly said that he doesn't upsell or oversell, which I found refreshing and worth appreciating.
Allen asked how many bids I'd gotten (two), and he looked at the lower of those. He promised to do everything in his power to match that bid, and not only did he do this, but he explained how. He also explained how the numbers might change, and by how much, depending on my choices (e.g., of windows). We discussed and decided on soffits to replace, too. He had good ideas about how to handle my cat's possible escape during window installation.
Both Allen and Oscar, ultimately the work-crew chief, separately measured my windows. The estimated time for custom-window production was stated, and accurately so. The duration of the entire job was also estimated (it was finished one day faster).
Allen gave me plenty of notice in regard to when work could begin, along with my choice of days. The first day was window removal/replacement. Oscar's crew of six industrious guys knew their business and performed it well. Plastic was spread over any interior possessions that might be affected by dust. The crew worked efficiently, and they both vacuumed the immediate area after each window was installed and carefully cleaned each new window. Allen and Oscar both asked about my cat, who was ultimately terrified and hid during this process.
The next several days involved the siding. The old was stripped off, the insulation and beams inspected, and HardiPlank put on. The crew went around the house, starting with the western side. All exterior wiring was hidden underneath the new siding to provide a cleaner look.
The painting was done efficiently and neatly, with no overspray or slop. Allen explained this process and how they were performing it.
As with earlier interior cleanup, exterior cleanup was impeccable. I found no remnants of materials, and no evidence that any exterior work had taken place at all except for two buckets of leftover body and trim paint left neatly on my front porch for my possible future use.
The very nice owner of the company, Doug, phoned me afterward to hear my feedback. I'm normally rather reserved when giving reviews, but I effusively praised Allen and the company.
When all was finished, I told Allen that the experience was so good that I was sorry the relationship was over. Allen said that it didn't have to be; the company has a generous referral program. I already plan to refer someone.
Afterward, a neighbor asked me how much I'd paid. I told him, and he said, "That's what I paid for mine 8 years ago!"
In summary, I was very well pleased with this entire experience. I recommend M&M Roofing Co. and Allen Shoemaker to you enthusiastically.
